Village Honda responded

Hi Charlie, you were informed that your vehicle could arrive into March. When we had a better idea of the ETA you were informed the vehicle was on its way BUT that the ETA could still change. Unfortunately transportation times are out of our control which is why an Estimated Time of Arrival is just that... an estimate. A temporary solution was provided which you declined. As you were informed yesterday the vehicle arrived late Monday night, which is within the ETA window we provided to you when you purchased the vehicle. We are not sure what else we can do for you but please let us know when we can schedule your vehicle delivery.

Before I decided to buy, we clearly agreed the ETA as last week of Feb or latest to be 1st week of March. I will not buy anything that has indefinite ETA. We also had an agreement that you will provide a loaner car to 2 weeks. 1. You confirmed the arrival date of March 1, twice. These are confirmations and not just estimated time of arrival. - 4 days before arrival (Feb 24th) - 1 day before arrival (Feb 28th) The day of expected arrival, you suddenly retracted and said that it has not left the manufacturer plant yet. 2. Promised Loaner Car as part of agreement prior to signing the order - In a snap of a finger, you said you can no longer provide it 3. Proposed Solution - I'm not satisfied with your "temporary solution" so I proposed a counter solution, but after days of continuous follow up, I still don't have your answer. Do you expect me to keep waiting until you have one? With all those sudden retracted statements/agreements and delays for a solution, tell me how am I suppose to trust and continue a 3-year affiliation with this dealership?
