Samer is hands down the best car salesman I've had experience with. He showed such compassion when hearing about the accident that totaled my previous car, and made me feel immediately at ease when we started the process. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my needs and wants when presenting me with all my options. Sam is a great guy that definitely crushes any negative stereotypes one may have of car salesmen. He went above and beyond for me in every way, including giving me his cell number to text any questions I had, and always replied in a timely manner. I am very happy with my new vehicle, I will go back to him in the future and I would definitely recommend Samer @ village honda to my friends and family:) More

Disappointing Experience Disappointed! Avoid this dealer and buy somewhere else! They will promise you heaven and earth just so you could sign a deal, then turn 180° afterward Disappointed! Avoid this dealer and buy somewhere else! They will promise you heaven and earth just so you could sign a deal, then turn 180° afterwards. I decided to cancel my purchase because Village Honda did not deliver my car on the AGREED period. They even CONFIRMED (twice) the new car delivery the day before it arrived, but the next day they just reversed everything they said. They also retracted their PROMISE to provide loaner car for me for 2 weeks while i wait, as part of our agreement. Now i asked for my $2,500 deposit back but they said NO because according to them it is "non-refundable". How can you keep my money if you did not hold up your end of the deal? It's unethical business practice to keep a customer money for nothing! More

He did not pressure the sale, assisted in reaching an agreeable price and ensuring that I was informed of every step of the process. He ensured that the new navi card was installed by doing himself, picked me up at the airport when I had to return the rental car and he accompanied me to get the car registered and licensed and then put the plate on himself. Top marks for Samir. I have told my daughter to make sure to see him first when she is ready to buy her first car purchase. Peter also deserves an honorable mention. Very clear on the financial aspects of the purchase and very accommodating in meeting my time frame. More
