Terrible Customer Service Contacted this dealership about a used 2015 Chrysler 200. Went to see the car but decided against it. Emailed a few days later to the sales rep about another car we saw on the lot but after 2 days did not get a reply so contacted again through a website to immediately get a response from another salesman. We go to see the car and decide to buy it. We then get a story that they do not negotiate on prices and they how they search out the lowest prices and that they are not making money of this car. They must seriously think people are stupid to actually believe that. The salesman made promises to have scratches buffed out of the car and a full tank of gas at no charge to us. We asked about paying by credit cards for the car and were told that is ok. Two days later we go to get the car and the selling salesman who we had an appointment with is not there. We go to look at the car and the scratches are not buffed out and gas has not been put in the car. The salesman who is now looking after asks us if we are aware of a 3.5% service charge for using a credit card for payment. At no time did anyone ever tell us this. Had we know we would have got a certified cheque. After all why wouldn't we want to pay an addition $700 for the car. The salesman went to speak to the manager and then came back and said we had to pay the service charge or get a certified cheque. At this point we have now been there for over an hour, they have our old car which we traded, have given me an ownership for the car I am trying to buy but we cannot get the car, plus the insurance is now on this "new car". Two hours later after being rudely spoken to by the manager he decided to try the nice approach and offer another vehicle to drive until we can get a certified cheque the following week. The salesman who was put in the middle was very nice but the one who sold the car made promises he couldn't keep and the manager acts like he does not car if he makes a sale or how his customer feel. I would never recommend this dealership or return to buy or service a vehicle here. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced with any dealership or company for that matter and we have bought a number of vehicles. More
Very poor customer service from management Bought my last 2 cars from there when they had a management that cares about their customers.. went there a couple of days ago to buy a new car for my Bought my last 2 cars from there when they had a management that cares about their customers.. went there a couple of days ago to buy a new car for my son.. their new appointed king "their new manager sure acts like it" didn't bother to discuss an offer that was submitted to him on a 200 C.. he simply and rudely stated that their prices are not negotiable and it's working for them this way.. they guy didn't invite me to have a seat and felt like we're imposing on him.. I will think 10 times before going back there even to service my current car.. Dealerships pay a lot of money to advertise discounts for customer loyalty to keep them coming back, but obviously their new management doesn't give a xxxx about that . bottom line, they don't treat their loyal customer the way they should be treated.. Bait and switch? Unbelievable! I called the Fiat "Studio" to see if an advertised grey 500 Turbo was still available. Drove all the way from Missisaugua only to be shown a black 500 Converible because "the wholesaler just signed the papers for the grey one" I have never been so insulted. Complete disrespect for my time gas and mileage. Complete liars. I bet the car was never there. More

Go anywhere else! Horrible dealership I bought a two year old used vehicle from village Chrysler with extended warranty. Any problem with the vehicle they never wanted to fix it. They would always use the excuse that Chrysler Canada would not pay for the repairs. Each time we came in for service the service staff was cold and unfriendly. They made a mistake with our vin number and declared our car salvaged. It took us over a month to correct their mistake. Stay away go anywhere else but this dealership. We will never buy another vehicle from these people. More

I don't know. After waiting 90 minutes while my car sat outside, I had to leave. A half hearted apology from the harried intake counter person was the compensation I got for my time. Nobody enjoys dealing with service areas, but they make it as pleasant as possible. More
overall opinion. After dealing with them for a number of years things went quite sour after I had them repaint my van....very unprofessional. The bodyshop broke my tailight lense and crazy glued it and I noticed...they did replace.....door locks not working and a cracked windsheild as well. My back door almost fell off as wrong tools used to tighten bolts to hold door on. They sent repair person with service manager to my worksite to fix but still had wrong tools to fix the problem. I went and bought correct tool and fixed easily myself. Also they had quite a time stopping a transmission leak after they did a simple service. After too many visits and excuses I had to move on to another repair facility.. More
FIRST WARRANTY SERVICE 2013 DODGE CARAVAN ON 02:00 PM 8/12/2014, I ARRIVED AT VILLAGE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP FOR APPOINTMENT MADE ABOUT 1 WEEK EARLIER TO CHECK LHS (DRIVER SIDE) WIPER BLADE JUMPI ON 02:00 PM 8/12/2014, I ARRIVED AT VILLAGE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP FOR APPOINTMENT MADE ABOUT 1 WEEK EARLIER TO CHECK LHS (DRIVER SIDE) WIPER BLADE JUMPING OR SHUDDERING AND PLOWING ACROSS GLASS ACROSS RATHER THAN WIPING CLEAN ON EACH LEFT STROKE. MR. PAUL BHOLA TURNED ON WIPERS AND KEPT SOAKING ME WITH MY WINDOW WASHER FLUID GOING RIGHT OVER ROOF OF MY 2013 DODGE CARAVAN. PAUL SAID HE COULD DO NOTHING AS WIPERS LOOKED OK TO HIM. I SAID VAN HAD ONLY 6 OR 7 THOUSAND KM ON IT, ALL HIGHWAY TO AND FROM FLORIDA, AND PARKED IN GARAGE REST OF TIME AND I DID NOT DRIVE TO DEALER TWICE JUST FOR FUN, I DON'T INCONVENIENCE MYSELF AND COMPLAIN OVER NOTHING. I EXPLAINED TO PAUL HOW THE LHS WIPER DID THIS CONSTANTLY FOR 3 DAYS OF RAIN RETURNING FROM FLORIDA, MAKING ME VERY ANGRY AND TURNING MY OTHERWISE ENJOYABLE TRIP INTO A PURE xxxx. THE RHS WIPER PERFORMED PERFECTLY. THAT IS CLEAR PROOF THAT LHS WIPER IS DEFECTIVE. PAUL SAID MAYBE MY "BLADES WERE DIRTY" AND I SAID I WAS METICULOUS ABOUT KEEPING WINDSHIELD AND BLADES CLEAN. I WILL NOT EVEN USE SERVICE STATION SQUEEGEES AND FLUID FOR FEAR OF SCRATCHING MY WINDSHIELD. PAUL SAID HE COULD DO NOTHING. I EXPLAINED THAT TRYING WASHER FLUID ON A PARKED CAR IS NOT THE SAME CONDITIONS AS DRIVING 100 KPH ON HIGHWAY DURING HEAVY RAIN, SO WHY NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT AND REPLACE LHS WIPER ARM AND BLADE? PAUL SAID HE COULD DO NOTHING. I ASKED IF HE COULD ADJUST WASHER NOZZLES TO GO ON WINDSHIELD INSTEAD OF RIGHT OVER ROOF OF CARAVAN. PAUL SAID HE COULD DO NOTHING, THAT THE NOZZLES WERE "NON-ADJUSTABLE" AND WALKED AWAY. AS MANY CARS ARE ADJUSTABLE I CHECKED LATER BUT SEE NO (OBVIOUS) ADJUSTMENT, ANOTHER REASON FOR LOW VEHICLE PRICE, I GUESS. THUS MY 2 TRIPS TO VILLAGE CHRYSLER FOR MY VERY FIRST WARRANTY SERVICE WERE A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. AS THIS IS IN TOTAL CONTRAST TO DEALER'S ADVERTISED SLOGAN "TREATS THE NEEDS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER WITH THE UTMOST CONCERN" I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM VILLAGE CHRYSLER AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE ALL MY TORONTO GTA FRIENDS TO DO LIKEWISE.
