General Manager Saves the Day; Great Customer Service. Our experience with Village Chrysler started off not so great. We travelled about an hour and a half from Quinte West to Ajax to view a pre-owned 2015 Our experience with Village Chrysler started off not so great. We travelled about an hour and a half from Quinte West to Ajax to view a pre-owned 2015 Jeep Patriot. We were told it was on site and available for sale though there had been someone interested in it and had been been refused financing. We travelled to Ajax to find that the vehicle now was conditionally sold and no one contacted us. We asked to speak with the manager and we ended up in Roy's office. He heard us out and immediately got on task even tough he was there on his day off. He worked promptly and efficiently to get us a great price unrivalled on a brand new Patriot which he had delivered by members of his staff all the way to us at our home in Quinte West. We got a fully loaded vehicle for the price of a base model and were treated like gold. We would recommend this dealership for a purchase and will deal with them from here on out as Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler dealerships in our area have been highly dissapointing. Spelmer is literally 3 minutes from our home and we will make the drive back to Village. Highly recommended! More
