Service staff are incompetent Received notice to replace airbag on my Mustang last fall. Called May 2019 to confirm appointment and left several messages for someone to call me back. Called again after 2 days of nothing and got confirmation for May 15. Went to service and they DID NOT have the part!!! How stupid and incompetent ... do they not know what work was planned for the day? Huge inconvenience!! Parkside Ford is the previous dealership that I dealt with and it is obvious that staff did not transition to Vickar. Now have to go to another Ford dealership. More

Friendly staff. Easy to talk to. I enjoyed my time with the staff, they were all very friendly and easy to talk to. I was given a generous trade in value for my old vehicle and was compensated for the delays during the delivery of my new vehicle. I’m very happy with my new 2018 Escape Titanium and look forward to taking my vehicle back to them for my first oil change.
