My 2021 f150 has been in 3 separate times for service updates and has never been completed. I was told that they didn’t have time this last week to finish the update, truck was dropped off at 8:00 am as updates and has never been completed. Mechanics and the service advisor wanted to charge me 400+ dollars just to remove the stocked stem valve cap on my tires. they said its because they will replace the stem valve as a whole for the 4 tires 400+ dollars just to remove the stocked stem valve cap on my tires. they said its because they will replace the stem valve as a whole for the 4 tires. where in fact it just took me 5 mins per tire with 2 pliers.. i dont know if they just want to make money out of it or the mechanic is just not efficient.. Poor service for an oil change that was done on June 2/22. Ashley talked with me for a split second, I had asked if there was any issues with my vehicle as it was already an hour since I brought it in 2/22. She said “ No, there’s staffing issues” and said they were getting to get to my vehicle. 1 hour and 10 minutes later and I look for my vehicle and couldn’t find it, looked in the garage and seen it was hoisted up for a oil change. Nobody had told me it would be up there nor did they ask if it was ok to be hoisted up for an oil change. I freaked out! After my rant, the manager Leonard, I think his name is, gave me a free oil change. Still was upset about it being up there but happy it was done and happy to leave. Left the city shortly after for the weekend and returned back Sunday only to find out they never even topped up my windshield washer fluid. So I had bugs on my windshield and no fluid to clean it. Big inconvenience for two hour drive back to Winnipeg. Now I’m wondering what the xxxx else they didn’t do for my service which I gladly would have paid for regardless of their stupidity. More
