Excellent Service I do not normally write reviews but feel strongly about service so deided to compile this review today. We bought a new Silverado at Vickers in 20 I do not normally write reviews but feel strongly about service so deided to compile this review today. We bought a new Silverado at Vickers in 2010. Due to a recent accident we bought another new Silverado at Vickers yesterday. We went back to Vickers for one reason - Service. In the 6 years that we had our first truck, all service was completed by the Vickers Service team. They are honest, efficient and friendly. Regardless of whether you use the drop in service or book an appointment your car is fixed quickly and correctly. The entire team (sales, service, finance and admin) all understands the importance of servicing clients. We dealt with 3 people consistenly in the last 6 year that I know we will continue to rely on going forward...Brad, Ryan and Steve. Vickers has added a new role that we certainly utilized yesterday. They now have Cory, a Technical Service Specialist who did an excellent job of assisting us with setting up all the technical support systems that now come with any new vehicles. More
