mixed review I traded in a 2012 Silverado for a 2013 in November 13 taking advantage of the year end mark down. Price at 36. I owed 27 on the 12 so I knew there wo I traded in a 2012 Silverado for a 2013 in November 13 taking advantage of the year end mark down. Price at 36. I owed 27 on the 12 so I knew there would be a bit of a negative but the price jumped to 51 which means in actuality I was given 13 for a one year old truck with 30k on it. My payments went up 30% and would now run a full seven years, so economically this was a xxxxxxxx decision on my part but also being my third purchase from them, not very helpful. We are down one income due to health reasons and will now lose the truck as the payments are brutal. All I needed was to upgrade to a better tow package, so buyer beware here. I have nothing bad to say about their people, just thought it needed to be said. Also, the second truck is a total nightmare with a grade breaking fault that GM says is normal, but it shifts down to low while normal driving on a flat at 40KM an hour every time you drive it. Anyway, it will be somebody's problem now other than mine. More
