Whenever someone chooses to provide a review with such detail anonymously we always question whether it is simply someone that is trying to skew public opinion without facts to back them. If we knew who you were we could look into the specifics of your complaint and provide a much more meaningful response. That notwithstanding, we wouldn't argue with many of your points; the General Manager does have limited mechanical knowledge and leaves that part of our business to the service department unabashedly. Our sales people are instructed to try to help people out of costly repair situations by trading their vehicle in instead of continuing to dump money into it. And of course, any dealer would prefer you to do your servicing with them; that way they can prevent problems like the one you ran into.
