Unprofessional and dishonest I will never buy from Vernon dodge again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. They hide prices and cost. They tell you one thing and then reveal later after signing that, that is not the case. And don't even offer good customer service. Most dealerships at least try to make every customer happy. We were quoted bi-weekly payments which most dealerships do but vernon dodge was the only one to add money onto the price of the vehicle twice?!? not once but twice. He said they add as much interest as they want up to 6% to hedge...for us turned out to be $3,270.00 that we were not aware they added. Secondly they tacked on an extra 740.00 from the base price of the window which does not need to be discussed as per sales manager!!! Okay not sure where else you can shop, see a price and u get to the till and its more cuz they choose to... ??? Tips for a vernon dodge buyer: Only go by monthy quotes if they give you bi weekly ask for monthly you will see any tacked on interest faster. By doing the math price×12×amortization. If it equals the window price ur golden.... if not most likey they added on front end interest without telling you. Make sure you ask that the price on the window is the price!!!! Lastly take your time when you are dealing with these guys... dont let them rush the sale like they did us!!!!! We were heard when we complained about our service and price discrepancy but would never trust to buy from there again. I guess this is the norm 😨 when u buy from vernon dodge!!! More
Avoid this store at all costs On June 19 I came in to look at cars and selected a style of minivan that I wanted, but was hoping for a different colour. They said it only takes a day or so to deliver and I gave them a $500 deposit with a signed document that they would return the deposit if they didn't deliver the van by June 25th. It didn't come in and they had many excuses and blame for others (not for themselves), and I found what I wanted elsewhere (with better service and more timely, only 2 days). They don't want to return my deposit now and when I said that I was unhappy with their customer service, they said that was MY fault and that I should have told them that I would be unhappy if they didn't deliver their promise on time. They also didn't follow up with ME to see if I would be okay with it being late and just assumed that anyone would be fine waiting around. They didn't return calls or text when they said they would and their manager told me that was because they were busy doing other things. I guess working with the clients you already have isn't as important as trying to get new ones. More

On Sept 27th I gave this dealership a $10,000 deposit so that they could bid on a used Durango Citadel that they claimed they could bid for on my beha On Sept 27th I gave this dealership a $10,000 deposit so that they could bid on a used Durango Citadel that they claimed they could bid for on my behalf in an upcoming dealership auction. A few days later they phoned and told me that unfortunately their bid had failed but, not to worry, they would find me something else instead. Of course, what they found instead was a LOT more money. So I stared looking on line at slightly used Durango. There's not many out there right now so it did not take me long to find the Citadel they claimed was coming up in a dealer auction sitting on a lot in Coquitlam. It was not a "similar" vehicle, it was the same vehicle. It's spec sheet matched exactly what they had shown me including the kms. It was never in an auction. The ad had been up for 6 weeks according to the site. In the mean time, even though Vernon Dodge knew their bid wasn't going to be successful because they never made one, they went ahead and deposited my check. I've since managed to get my funds back with the help of my bank manager. Is this kind of behavior even legal? Or is it simply unethical and underhanded? Either way, I know I'm appalled by it. They were really slick about how they perpetrated this deception which makes me wonder how many times they've done this before. Wish I could figure out how to give this dealership ten negative stars instead of a whole positive one. They don't deserve it. More

We bought the extended warranty (7 year 160km dodge gold plan), we had several issues with our truck and there comment always was " thats normal". We had a 2012 dodge 3500 cummins mega cab longhorn with 65000 km till two days when it developed the known "Death Wobble" we took it in and we got the same old " thats normal" . Meanwhile the issue is known all over the internet. We were so made we got in our truck pulled out of Vernon Dodges parking lot and pulled into the Chevy dealership and bought a new LTZ DMAX.. So never use Vernon Dodge go to Braby in Salmon Arm. More
Poor diagnostic abilities, I was charged for Mechanics mistakes, Dealer manager is rude with no apparent servicing knowledge. Sales man tried to sell me a new vehicle while I was paying for the repairs on mistakes, Dealer manager is rude with no apparent servicing knowledge. Sales man tried to sell me a new vehicle while I was paying for the repairs on my existing vehicle. Dealer reprimanded me for not always using his dealer for repairs. What a joke of a place.The waiting room was full of people complaining about their own treatment wishing they had bought another brand of vehicle. More
