I purchased a truck and it has spent as much time in their shop as it has at my house. After 4wks owning the truck they had it for 5 straight wks working on it. There was horrible communication, horribl their shop as it has at my house. After 4wks owning the truck they had it for 5 straight wks working on it. There was horrible communication, horrible service and they weren't willing to do anything to remedy the situation other than offer $500 credit. Truck is under full warranty and they were acting like they were doing me a favour by doing the repairs. Had the truck back 12 days and the check engine light came on. This has been the worst consumer and customer service experience of my lifetime. They sold me a complete lemon. 2022 Ram 1500 with 79xxx kms on it give your business to another dealership, I have already told 3 people that all purchased brand new vehicles within the past month to avoid them and will continue to do so. I wish I went elsewhere. Horrible customer service, worst communication I have had in my life. More

While Bruce in sales was great and helped me find the perfect truck, the finance department completely ruined my experience.
