My daughter was in a car accident and our vehicle was totalled. We had to find a new car. I found the car we purchased online at Varsity. I dealt with Renato, he was great!!! Varsity did the old bait and switch. They told me a vehicle was available twice but it never was. We even went thier for a test drive and the internet team confirmed it was there and guess what it wasn vehicle was available twice but it never was. They never stick to their appointment times For most of the last work that I have done on my car....I make an appointment for 7 am. I usually get there at 6:30 to be first in line. I leave my c For most of the last work that I have done on my car....I make an appointment for 7 am. I usually get there at 6:30 to be first in line. I leave my car there for service and take a shuttle home. Usually, around 11 or later, I get a call that they are now working on my car and what they have found. Almost always, they do not have the part and must order it from Red Deer or some other place....is there no parts in Calgary?? Then they ask to keep it for the night because they are running a little late. I have only one vehicle which we use a lot and need early the next day. When I ask them why it took so long to get to my car, they say that they have other more pressing jobs to handle first. What could be more important than a customer that has booked his vehicle a week before and is waiting for it. My latest service was an oil change, tire rotation and check my cold weather auto start. Time was running out on my shuttle ride back and I had to phone 4 times before I could get the agent to call me back and tell me what the status was of my vehicle. My warranty has now run out at 100,000 kms and I am thinking seriously of moving my service elsewhere. I have dealt with your company for 20 years and have purchased three vehicles but I guess my business does not get me to the top of the list with your service department. Over the years, AJ has been by far the best in keeping things moving...maybe he should be the mechanic. I'm fed up with your consistent lack of urgency to provide prompt service...I can see things happening once in a while but nearly every time I have a repair, other than an oil change, I go through the round around. An appointment time is an appointment time...if I'm there first, I GET IN FIRST....not four or five hours later because of some other more important people. More
