I bought a vehicle from varsity, new tires were included in the deal so I was surprised when I picked up the vehicle to see the new tires were not on the truck. I was promised from the dealer that they woul in the deal so I was surprised when I picked up the vehicle to see the new tires were not on the truck. I was promised from the dealer that they would get done within one week. It has been over 3 months now and no new tires just excuses from the dealer. I thought future purchasers of vehicles should know how I was treated here. Now the dealer says let’s split the cost of the tires but I owe them money for something that got done to the vehicle that did not get put on the contract so we’re even is what the dealer says even though they promised new tires installed and paid for by themselves the dealer at the time of sale. I thought future car buyers should know how I was treated here. Thank you. More
Unhappy Customere Experience I purchased a used vehicle from Varsity Chrysler Dodge Jeep, from Sam at the Calgary dealership Sept 20th 2019. I paid about 13,000 plus taxes for t I purchased a used vehicle from Varsity Chrysler Dodge Jeep, from Sam at the Calgary dealership Sept 20th 2019. I paid about 13,000 plus taxes for this vehicle and put on brand new winter tires. I put all my money into this vehicle and trust in this dealership to sell me a decent vehicle. I am a student and part time worker doing this knowing I would be ok till school was done and I would have something reliable,. My vehicle just purchased broke down Christmas day. I have been trying to get this fixed or inspected by them. Today is January 18 2020 no one will call me back I have talked to Sam but keeps avoiding my calls. I have talked to managers no one will call me back they keep saying I will call you right back but no one has. Even reception will not answer when I call sometimes answer and take a message. I have purchased from dealerships before and never had a problem. I am shaking as I write this I am so upset about these people and how my trust in the dealerships now is gone down. This is my warning to you as a purchaser in an economy that been really tough on everyone, feeling like you cant trust anyone. More
Courtious service from service advisor to shuttle service. I have been a Varsity client for many years (since the Bow Trail days). My last three vehicles have been from Varsity. Service at Varsity has always been great. Most recently I had a regular service done and some recommendations for more maintenance came out of the check up. Keith, the service advisor, gave me an estimate for the maintenance required. When I brought the Ram in for the recommended service the estimate had gone up. Keith did his best to honor the original quote and I appreciated that very much. I drove out very satisfied with Varsity. Wish they would have given me a free detail. Thank you all. Edd More

I was very pleased with the Service and work provided at Varsity Chrysler’s body sop department. All staff I dealt with were professional and courteous. I think that you guys need to stop overcrowding with walk ins and ensure that the people who booked appointments vehicles are done at the appointment times. Great customer service. Went in for oil change and tire rotation, on warranty, service department did what I asked, not like another Chrysler dealership that cuts corners and doesn’t do what you request.
