I bought a used truck from varsity for 23k. On condition for sale all I ask was for them to fix a rust spot on the fender. The sales rep said absolutely not a problem. They had the truck for 4 days to make the repair , which was sen. another body shop because they said they were backed up. Well within 1 1/2 months the fender repair failed. Paint is bubbled. For the last 2 months I have been trying to have this resolved and keep feet to someone will get back to me.that hasn’t happened, and my fender is getting worse. I certainly feels like I have been taken by Varsity. They threw a quick coat of paint over the damage to make a sale. I have owned 3 Dodge trucks and have had them serviced at Courtesy Chrysler for 15 years, and thought I would go with Varsity because they made me feel that they had my back. Well I certainly was wrong! I seems Varsity will say anything to get you to buy, even though they have no intentions on homering their promises. Update; The sales rep Dave is looking into the issue for me. Will keep you posted. More
