Pretty Blue Dodge Journey Mine??? Really??? Seriously??? HOLY CRAP..... after struggling for so long to get a break like this is in life is amazing. Thanks just doesn't seem like enough. I was having coffee at my laptop at about 10am and curiously put in my wants/needs for a vehicle into your online match system, not expecting too much. When wow I like that it's perfect for me and so I then decided if they could find a vehicle like that, then let's see how the financing goes....well I plugged it all in and then got a call from a guy named Jerry Wink at Varsity. Went in right away, he showed me the vehicle right away and sent me to chat with Tony Bedard in their financing right away and holy crap the rest is history. Went home was approved in less then 24 hours and went in to drive away with my New Dodge Journey. WHAT! Pinch me..... I had checked 3 other dealers in the last year Chevy, Toyota, and a Ford one, well none of them had anything I wanted and were more trying to convince me my needs were different to make a fit. Worst dealership I have had nothing but problems with Varsity Dodge. I was is a car accident in 2009 and took my car to Varsity to fix it. They had my car for 6 weeks I have had nothing but problems with Varsity Dodge. I was is a car accident in 2009 and took my car to Varsity to fix it. They had my car for 6 weeks after telling me it would take 2weeks. 2 years later it was rusting under the paint. Took it back to them and they fixed it again it too 4 weeks for me to get my car back. A year later guess what rusting under the paint again. They fix it again and keep my car for 4 weeks again. This time the put a new quarter panel on so i should have no problems right. Nope again a year later it is rusting under the paint again. This time they have had my car for 8 weeks and the last 4 weeks they keep telling me it will be done on Friday.  Every time they have fixed my car i have had to take it back in, they broke my washer nosels, forgot to plug my break lights back in. My steering wheel was crooked. They treat me like an idiot and obviously not as a prority because they have had my car for 8 weeks. I have never been treated this badly bya business in my life. More

Great customer service We came to Varsity Chrysler to test drive a used Mazda that we were interested in. We planned to buy a new vehicle from Mazda in a few months, but Va We came to Varsity Chrysler to test drive a used Mazda that we were interested in. We planned to buy a new vehicle from Mazda in a few months, but Varsity had such a good price on a next to new Mazda that we couldn't resist coming to take a look. Joel Graftaas was a great, honest, no pressure salesman to deal with. We came in with our kids and Joel let us play around with different car seat configurations for as long as we needed. He had no problem with us taking the car on a test drive on our own. He didn't pressure us to buy at all, but did kindly check in with us a few days later to see what we thought of the car. We said we loved it, but were worried that the vehicle we had for trade in wasn't worth much. I'd checked the black book value a few times myself, and decided that selling it privately was probably my only option. We were pleasantly surprized when Varsity offered a very fair price on our vehicle for a trade in. Excited, we made an offer on a Friday...and very unfortunately struck a deer with our vehicle we intended to trade in that weekend. Disappointedly we informed Joel of the incident and assumed the sale would be off. Joel informed us that Varsity had a body shop on site and if our insurance approved Varsity's estimate to repair our vehicle, they would still take it as a trade in, for the original price they offered. As soon as the estimate was approved, we took in our damaged vehicle and brought home a beautiful, well priced Mazda! Joel ensured the process was seamless. I had been pricing our Mazda's on kijiji and at many other dealerships in the area, for about six months, and this was by far the best price I found. Varsity's fair trade in price and their professionalism in completing a deal despite us hitting a deer in the midst of things, was wonderfully refreshing. Really recommend Joel Graftaas as a considerate, dedicated and honest person to deal with if your in the market for a vehicle. Thanks Joel! More

Wonderful years with them In 2006 I bought my Chrysler Sebring from Tony and Yes I still have it I love that car I did not spend a cent on it until last year then I spent $4,00 In 2006 I bought my Chrysler Sebring from Tony and Yes I still have it I love that car I did not spend a cent on it until last year then I spent $4,000 to bring her back I thought lets look at another vehicle, That's when I met Dan Urquart what a great guy, he really helped me he got me into a jeep Patriot,WOW I love IT and Scott Bright helped me with the financing he was awesome he told me to come back in a year to lower my interest I said we'll see , then in exactly one year Dan called me again and said come see the new Patriot I was reluctant but he wasn't giving up I told him I like the one I have. So anyhow I went and looked and YES bought the 2015 High Altiude Patriot I love this one too, I net with Russell for the initial meeting and the low and behold Scott called me I was impressed with that as I wanted Scott do get me the best deal, and he DID although I think my payments went up a bit more then I had wanted its all good a year less on my loan and a better interest rate, All in all I am very happy with my new ride and the service I got was over the moon. These GUYS are great team and they really do go that extra mile for you..THANKS TONY,DAN, RUSSELL & Scott I am sure I will be seeing you all soon even if its just for a quick HI while I visit the service department for my oil changes..THANKS SOOOOOOOOO Much. I've always wanted a jeep, however I wasn't sure if what I wanted was within reach. After a lot of research, I decided on Varsity as my next dealer choice to see if I could get at least something close to what I wanted. I put Nelson through the paces when we first met, looking at several different options, starting with a used Jeep that I instantly fell in love with. Nelson worked hard with my bank (as well as his contacts ;) and after presenting him with what my dream Jeep would be (Thinking maybe in the future...) the numbers fell on my side and I left with a brand new, top of the line Jeep with 25 kms on it .. There was no pressure at all. We looked at several options, different vehicles, terms, pricing etc.. Nelson took into consideration what I was comfortable with financially and he was able to fulfill my desire and got me exactly what I wanted ... at a price I'm ecstatic with, and much more! The main reason for the great experience was Joel's willingness to work within our strict budget while maintaining a no-pressure approach. Other dealerships tried to force us to spend more and finance longer which at Varsity (Joel) did not try this at all. We told him our budget and he went to work in finding us the vehicle we wanted for the price we were comfortable with. He was quick, easy to work with, and honest in getting a deal done. The service manager made sure. All the info was correct and went above and beyond to make my visit top notch. I have never had a service advisor or manager who has ever went this far above the call of duty and was on the customers side in making sure warranty items are truly warranty and not try to make a quick buck. Would recommend these guys to anyone in calgary area even if it's a extra bit of drive you won't be disappointed there slogan says it all "meeting your needs exceeding you expectations" A++++++++ More
