Terrible service department We took our dodge ram in for a new steering wheel. Got it back the guy at the service desk said it was a software update it really wasn't. It's been back many times for issues that are not fixed. The controls like cruise don't work unless you hit the steering wheel. Then we get a tire rotation are told they are fine get half way across the country and find out they are wearing on the side wall and no one in the service department will call me back. The manager Aaron won't call it's been waiting all day. Dodge here where in at said they won't help us. Left messages for other people to call and nothing I understand I'm in another province but a little help and a call back goes along ways when the local dealership won't help you out. I've been to two places and all say it's a issue the dealership should deal with and I feel varsity should be our backup voice since that's where we get all our service and warranty work done. Since we bought our truck the check engine light kept coming on. They replaced a sensor. Then continued to reset the error and say we weren't putting the gas cap on correctly. (have the service papers for all this) I just moved to Winnipeg and took it to a dealership here for the check engine light and they replaced a sensor when that didn't work they looked further into and started to actually fix other stuff not just blame me for not putting a gas cap on incorrectly. I wanted to buy extended warranty for my truck. They said no that they couldn't help me. However another dodge dealership helped me out instead in Airdrie. I would never go back to this place to do anything other then buy a vehicle from Phil Rutherford. He's gone above and beyond for us. I would return to deal with him. More

The vehicle itself exceeds my expectations - Dodge did a great job of including a lot of extras in the base price! Between the manufacturer discount, 0% financing and no hard sell to buy all the extras available I wound up with a great deal on a vehicle that will suit my needs for the foreseeable future. I would happily recommend Varsity Chrysler in general, and Ray Ransom in particular. Ray is down to earth, knowledgeable and service oriented. He kept me informed about my options without constantly trying to have me upgrade the vehicle. More

Second, went to Airdrie Dodge they bargained for a bit, but then insulted us with a negotiation of $10 less than what Varsity was offering. I used their online chat to get in contact with our salesman, who immediately contacted me with great news. Jerry Wink was our Salesman, he was the best. Concerned for my well being and not trying to sell me something I didn't need. Jerry, went above and beyond to get us the best deal on our new Dodge Journey CVP SE. They also gave us a fair trade on our older vehicle (the other two dealerships, could not match the trade in). Very satisfying experience! We searched online extensively looking for a SUV. We narrowed our choice to Jeep and read reviews of dealerships in Calgary, deciding on Varsity. W We searched online extensively looking for a SUV. We narrowed our choice to Jeep and read reviews of dealerships in Calgary, deciding on Varsity. We contacted the dealership via email and received a phone call shortly after from Freedom Gates. We discussed what we were looking for in a SUV, what kind of driving we do and what features we were interested in. From there Freedom offered to do some research and get back to us. He promptly got back to us with a recomnendation. When we asked for an all in price, after speaking with the sales manager, Freedom responded in writing a with very fair price. The next day we test drove the vehicle and decided it was exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the process, Freedom was patient with our numerous questions - nothing was too much trouble. And if there was something he wasn't sure of, he found the answer for us. We were introduced to senior personnel in sales and service as part of the buying experience. We have the impression that everyone at Varsity is genuinely interested in making sure we are pleased with our new vehicle. Since buying our new vehicle, we have received two follow up phone calls from Freedom to see how we were liking our Jeep and if we had any questions.
