We asked a couple of questions, watched a tornado, took a test drive and walked out in a brand new jeep. The management team was very knowledgeable about the product and we felt NO pressure to buy. We were connected with salesman Josh Dick who supported us in finding the right vehicle (which was on the lot.) WELL DONE VARSITY. So..... This year we went back to look at the new RAM 3500 limited.... And again Justin and Josh where there to help. This time Justin helped us build the perfect truck. Smooth, easy buying experience I was looking for a new truck, Ram 1500 Longhorn, so I already had an idea when I made an appointment online. Next day I received an e-mail from Bradf I was looking for a new truck, Ram 1500 Longhorn, so I already had an idea when I made an appointment online. Next day I received an e-mail from Bradford, who could not meet with me, but made arrangments with Wade for a Saturday. I was given an excellent overview of the vehicle, and since I liked it, after a test drive, quickly we went to negotiations. I have been many times in this situation, buying domestics, two BMWs and Jaguar in the past, but Wade provided one of the best experiences. Dealing with the finance manager, Scott, was also great. I felt no pressure, but I was given choices to make informed decisions. I feel I got an excellent price for, both, the truck and my trade. I would recommend the dealership and the team to anyone. On the end note, when I was picking up the truck, next business day, I was helped by another salesperson. Unfortunately, I can not recall his name.
