Dodge Ram Cummins Service Originally after the truck was purchased, it was taken to East Side Dodge for security issues after repairing the truck (truck wouldn't start at the t Originally after the truck was purchased, it was taken to East Side Dodge for security issues after repairing the truck (truck wouldn't start at the time). They flashed the ECM to manual transmission without knowing (I didn't know this at the time) and the PRNDL wasn't displaying on the instrument cluster. They later replaced the instrument cluster however still could no longer find the problem. After a couple grand in labour and parts, still wasn't fixed. Very frustrating. I took it to Varsity. Chris and Aaron are the services managers there. Excellent guys. They not only fixed the problem, they found out the issue causing all this and fixed other issues that were linked to this one problem in a matter of no time. They went out of their way to try and save me some money to try and fix the issue without getting having to buy a new computer. My bill went from a couple grand at east side to a few hundred bucks and having my PRNDL displayed, high idle working and updating my transmission software. Excellent work! Highly recommend their service. Warning, they are very busy for a reason. More

Our sales guy Craig was incredibly helpful, honest and patient, things that we appreciated during the sales process and as a result we now have our new car! Shawn was very efficient and helpful regarding the paperwork and servicing packages, making the pickup as easy as possible. I dealt with a lot of salesmen who screwed up my name multiple times and still asking for my business, Devon spelled my name correctly and told me about the many used trucks he had. After finding out that my Subaru wasn't worth what i paid for it 6 months ago, Devon made a deal happen that surprised me. He was pleasant to deal with, not pushy and we had some good jokes going on. I can strongly recommend Devon and his great approach to sales, I didn't feel like i was being sold something i didn't want, but instead found a buddy to help me purchase something I wanted for a great deal. Our latest experience resulted in the purchase of a new truck, a RAM 1500 Sport. The conversation started with my request for an 'eprice' quote, that was provided by Ben Turgeon, which led to a face-to-face meeting. Ben was very knowledgeable and helped my wife and I explore the multitude of available choices. We ultimated chose a truck similar to the one I requested an 'eprice' quote for, but, with features that better suit for our needs, and for essentially the same price. More

Quick and Efficient I was recommended to Varsity Chrysler by a friend. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Scott Martin who instantly sent me to Wade. My wife an I was recommended to Varsity Chrysler by a friend. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Scott Martin who instantly sent me to Wade. My wife and I explained what we were looking for. Within 15 minutes my wife was test driving two separate vehicles. Wade then gave us three options on a new 2016, pre-owned 2015 and new 2015. We went home to discuss. In the morning I emailed Scott M our decision. A short time later Scott Bright the financial manager gave me a call to receive my credit history etc. An hour later I was approved. I came in the next day and signed the paperwork. My insurance had been dealt with by Varsity and was in my package. One very positive aspect of the process was that I did not get pressured into additional options that I have previously when buying a vehicle. I did purchase the extended warranty on recommendation from Justin Migneault and Scott B. It made sense. The purchase was fantastic so far and the best was yet to come. Wade was working the afternoon shift and Brad took over for him for the walk through and checklist. Brad explained the technical Bluetooth Uconnect and the steering wheel to touch screen computer link perfectly. He also had the patience for all my uneducated questions as at times I can be scattered with technology. I did not need to read the manual before explaining everything to my wife at home. That went smoothly also. I would highly recommend Varsity Chrysler to anyone. Awesome experience! More
Sales are fine, Service is horrible and very disappointing. Every time I have brought my top of the line pick-up to this dealership for service I have had issues, such as oil filter not tightened. Making a big oil stain in my drive way that I will never be able to get rid of. A dirty and greasy interior after I had my windshield replaced as well as leaving windshield sealant on my driver side door, they took two weeks to fix minor scratches after I first bought the truck, at the same time marking my rubber seals around the windows in the process, from not properly masking the truck before polishing. I still had to make payments on a truck I didn't yet get to drive. They have done more damage to my truck in the last two years (6 services) than anything else ( normal wear and tear) They treat my truck like a work truck even though it is a limited version truck. I don't even think they have quality control on any level or even care, there is no excuse for the lack of customer empathy. Why can't you guys stop apologizing and just do the job right the first time? I'm tired of knowing every service I have done will take two visits or more. Once to have the service done and once to fix the service. I haven't had one visit since I've bought it where I can drive away happy, I'm way beyond mad now, so disappointed in this dealership that I have been loyal to for way too long (over ten years) More
