Within 48 hours we had received a call from Scott Martin with respect to our experience, and he had engaged Wade Connors and Jerry Wink. Our overall experience changed dramatically! Wade & Jerry were amazing in trying to outsource an alternative vehicle, which would satisfy my comfort level, and my husbands concern (s) of being mechanically sound and decently priced. Well they met the bar! We are purchasing a beautiful fully loaded 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport with less than 45,000 km! This dealership not only turned around a very disappointing experience, worked with us on price but also provided an exceptional level of service ( Wade, thank you for making me happy)!
