Not what I expected Aqil was pretty good but did not give me the correct numbers when quoting the biweekly payment amount. I was sitting in the dealership for a long time when I finally got to the finance guy. He told me that the price was higher (fees and taxes) and trying to up-sell a number of other products which was even more frustrating. The sales Manager seemed to be good while I agreed with him but when I tire that I had concerns with before I bought it; blew within a couple of days (on the highway), it went completely sideways. He was told by the service guy that the tire may have gone flat slowly and I drove on it for a long time but I told them that it blew and I pulled over right away. His ability to communicate turned sour when I told him that I wasn't going to pay for a tire that was defective. I was not allowed to negotiate the price of the vehicle, was not any incentives other than I got a slight deal on 4 new winter tires (I would have gone elsewhere if the price was any higher) and still had to pay $100 for a tire that looked defective before I even took it for a test drive. The manager was quite angry and made it seem like he was doing me a huge favor by only charging me $100 for a tire that they should have replaced without me spending another 4 hours there. More

I was troubled by the dreaded check engine light two months into owning my new truck, the check engine light was for a service transmission problem. My truck would not go Into park on a few occasions. Needless to say I dealt with Tiffany with this problem. Tiffany was very professional and got me in fast. I use my truck for my small business and she accommodated me very well, Tiffany and the service department had my truck fixed the same day and even educated me on what the problem was. Thanks guys for treating me like royalty and showing professionalism in the trade. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know. More
