Great team effort On my initial visit, I was helped by Dan. He was a great listener, didn't show us anything that wasn't suitable, and after recognizing we were in nee On my initial visit, I was helped by Dan. He was a great listener, didn't show us anything that wasn't suitable, and after recognizing we were in need of "Minivan 101", took time to explain the differences between the makes and models. When we came in a week later, Dan wasn't there, and were helped by Wade who was very good at finding us a product that fit our needs and had nothing more or less. We came back the next day, and Wade wasn't there either - we were helped by Brad who quickly sold us the van we were looking for. Great team effort and although I felt bad about Wade and Dan not getting commissions from the sale, Dan assured me that they worked as a team, and Wade emailed me the next day to congratulate me on our purchase. Overall, I felt these guys were honest and didn't oversell. They were knowledgeable and professional (which I couldn't say about some of the competing Chrysler dealers we visited). Well done. More
