Collision repair department I hit my partners parked Jeep while parking my truck. I dislocated the driver's side fender and the front bumper. I got the car to Varsity repair shop and told them what had happened. The person that was to do the repair estimate, I believe his name is Collin, told me to just leave the car there with the keys. The next day I was phoned and told that the car was fixed. When I picked up the car I was told to have a Merry Christmas and that there was no charge for the repair. (Parts were not needed, just re-attach fender and bumper.) This was unbelievable! A car dealership that is in business to make a profit gave me a Christmas present. What a dealership! We have taken our Jeep there for service before and have always been treated well. I would like to thank the staff at Varsity on Goddard Avenue for their professionalism and excellent service. Great service I had to take my car in for a warranty recall on Dec.9. I got there at about 8:40 for my 9 am appointment. The shuttle van was there and I was back home just after 9. I expected my car to be gone most of the day, but by noon they called to tell me it was ready. The shuttle van was at my house within 15 mins to go get my car. Today I went in to get some wipers ...once again I was in and out within 15 mins. with new blades installed .
