Willing to take care of you I brought my truck in for service last week and did not have the most pleasant of experiences. When I went to pick up my truck I was pretty frustrate I brought my truck in for service last week and did not have the most pleasant of experiences. When I went to pick up my truck I was pretty frustrated and apparently it showed. I was met by the service manager who took the time to review my situation. He agreed that my frustrations were warranted and took care of the situation. I am confident that the team over there cares and wants to be known as a reputable service centre. Overall awesome experience- My husband and I just traded in our 2014 Jeep Sport for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee North edition. I am in love with my new vehicle! When we came in we were set up with sales associate Ben Turgeon. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he literally went out into the lot and found the perfect one for me. It has everything I wanted and more. Ben was so easy to deal with and unlike some other dealerships or sales people---we didn't feel like we were being schmoozed and like he was being slimey (we have gone to other dealerships and totally felt that way). Ben listened to us and our concerns and dealt with them in a professional and timely manner. The only reason that I didn't rate the dealer 5 stars is the fact that we were told my vehicle would be ready by the latest Thursday- however it was not done until Friday (swapped out the tires)- Ben was amazing though- he offered to drop off my car to me and I could drive it for a night and then he would pick it back up to get the tires put on. Amazing customer service! Ben even just texted me to see how I was liking my new vehicle after having it for a few days.
