I purchased my dart from East side dodge, day 2 I noticed something wrong with the transmission, I took it to Davis service in Airdrie and they could not duplicate the issue. the problem got worse and worse where I was concerned for the safety of my son and myself in the vehicle. that is when I went on facebook and someone directed me to Varsity. they duplicated the issue and replaced the transmission. Not only did they fix my car but not once did they ask if I wanted to trade it in or by another vehicle. Even after expressing my disappointment with Airdrie Dodge and still after taking my car to Varsity; Airdrie Dodge STILL had the nerve to call and ask if I wanted to buy another vehicle. Eastside dodge was the exact same thing. I loved when I told them "no, I just want my car fixed" "oh but I understand, could I still put you down for an appointment to view our new vehicles?" cheers, Jolanda More
