Great and honest people My wife and I drove 3 hours to Roger Bibeua at Varsity Chrysler In Calgary, The Dodge Caravan GT was $2000 cheaper compared to Lethbridge dealerships My wife and I drove 3 hours to Roger Bibeua at Varsity Chrysler In Calgary, The Dodge Caravan GT was $2000 cheaper compared to Lethbridge dealerships and we got a much greater trade in value on our 2013 Caravan. We saved over $4600 going to Varsity and Roger (salesman) and Tony in financing were great to deal with and we didn't get any mixed numbers and feel like we got rooked like other dealers were giving us . No scrambled numbers or xx, and my wife and I drove away happy in our new Caravan ... great guys and highly recommend Varsity Chrysler Dodge Jeep. More

Very in happy I always tend to trust people. Unfortunately this time it turned out to be very bad idea. The used car sales manager( Garth ) turned out to be very mi I always tend to trust people. Unfortunately this time it turned out to be very bad idea. The used car sales manager( Garth ) turned out to be very misleading in two very important parts of the sale. First, my trade in value, there was a 5000.00 difference. Not in my favour. Next was the extended warranty that was negotiated in the price of my jeep. As it turned out I was charged the full dealer price. Plus I did not receive all the kms that I should have gotten. The finance person that I was dealing with ( tony ) I feel was not upfront with me either. If I had it to do all over again I wouldn't. G. R. Collings More

Our truck was stolen from this dealership My husband had to bring his truck back to the dealership to have work redone that HAD NOT BEEN done properly the month before. As it turned out vehic My husband had to bring his truck back to the dealership to have work redone that HAD NOT BEEN done properly the month before. As it turned out vehicle keys are left on the desks in the drive through service bay which is considered "secure" because the bay doors are locked at night. There was break in that night, my husband's truck keys were taken and his truck was stolen. At this time we were told that all of our out of pocket expenses would be paid but when push came to shove they were only willing to reimburse partial expenses (house locks had to be rekeyed as there was a house key on the key ring, towing from the police ID unit after they recovered the truck, towing back to Varsity for inspection, new registration and plate, truck rental for a week) of maybe the towing fees and that our insurance would have to cover everything else. The parts manager (?) Chris Robertson actually sent my husband a text stating that Varsity was also a victim (?) and when I spoke to the GM Steve Kindred he was rude, arrogant, and condescending at which point he was told to go to XXXX. We will never step foot in this dealership again and we have bought hundreds of thousands of dollars of vehicles and were long time customers. Absolutely appalling behavior and total lack of customer service. More

We walked in for a ProMaster City left with a Pro-Master 3500 + Chrysler 200s - Our HVAC installer could not be more happy with his brand new truck. The process was easy - We were in and out of the dealership within an hour driving onto the lot - zero pressure to buy - Quite impressed with how quick things happened - We picked up the new truck the following day and the car a few days later. Great staff - Everyone is amazing at Varsity - Western Sky Mechanical will be back to buy more! More
