Had a lot of the fluids flushed and replaced, My most recent service on my Jeep Liberty was well executed and completed with top quality workmanship. Had a lot of the fluids flushed and replaced, whining differential bearings replaced in the real axle, brake calipers and pads replaced, paintless dent repair which was done without a trace (looks like new - great job Autobody), fuel injector and a fuel system cleaning which required a second visit to replace sparkplugs and a burned coil. A previous visit had revealed the transmission cooling line had a slow leak and was also completed during the second visit upon my request. Appreciate the heads up from the mechanics for future maintenance so that I can prepare for future subsequent service visits. Previous visits have been exceptional to deal with Stephanie Dowland, Professional Service Advisor. My trust and confidence was won the previous winter with the installation of the N46 service call. Stephanie was knowledgeable and had the necessary means to look into my vehicle's history, checked for parts availability and able to secure an appointment to complete this work. The job was looked over by Chris, and it was decided to add a wiring harness to the package. This was well beyond the service that I had received at another NW Calgary Jeep Dodge dealership, which gave me the run around for almost two years! Thanks for working on my Jeep and seeing to its service and maintenance requirements. I will return to Varsity for future Jeep maintenance on my Liberty. Also, I am looking forward to the new Jeep pickup frame and body style, hopefully next year... More
