Awful collision repair experience Took in our Pacifica to be repaired following an accident and it was the worst experience ever. Repair took an extra 2 weeks from the original estimat Took in our Pacifica to be repaired following an accident and it was the worst experience ever. Repair took an extra 2 weeks from the original estimate of 3 weeks and only found out after making calls to ask for an update after 3 weeks passed, despite being signed up for their "email correspondence updates". Came to pick up vehicle and was told it was finished and detailed to find it dirty and even had the tan leather seats stained. It was clearly not detailed with the amount of dirt and stains inside. Was told that they were only expected to return it to the condition it was in when dropped off but it was a lot dirtier than we ever keep our vehicle. After 3 failed attempts at getting it right, finally had to just take the keys and accept that they do not care or know how to treat their customers. The weather was cloudy and rainy on the day of pick up so we didn't notice the bad paint job on the new sliding door until the following morning. Will never go back to this dealership and have already told many people to avoid it as well. More

Amazing Service! Came in last week as we found a truck we liked at another dealership. Not only did they match the price they gave us an even better deal! Unfortunatel Came in last week as we found a truck we liked at another dealership. Not only did they match the price they gave us an even better deal! Unfortunately the deal with the other dealership fell through but they were on it quickly finding us another identical truck with even a couple more options. Less than a week later we were driving our new truck off the lot. Justin and Christophe have been amazing to us! No pressure feel and we were extremely comfortable there negotiating a deal.
