Horrible Service i ordered a brand new truck from the factory which was accepted, 2 months later when the truck arrived it wasnt what i ordered but instead of making t i ordered a brand new truck from the factory which was accepted, 2 months later when the truck arrived it wasnt what i ordered but instead of making things right i felt pressured into taking the truck. Why if the factory couldnt build the truck i ordered didnt they tell somebody so i could have made another choice? After sleeping on it i went in at 8:30am on Saturday morning when the dealership opened and ask to talk to the general manager. After 30 minutes i saw the salesman who promptly told me "i am not prepared to deal with this today and to basically get lost" After waiting another hour for the manager to see me i finally left. Nobody followed up with me! both the salesman and manager knew i was upset but they both choice to ignore me hoping that i would go away. 2 weeks later when i phoned and checked into some of the options they promissed me had arrived yet i was told by Jimmy the parts manager (who is an awesome person and really nice to deal with" told me that management hasnt given him the go ahead. i then phone ,management asking why nothing had been ordered and was told by Glen that he would check into it and somebody would phone me back. That didnt happen either, i again had to phone and talk to management to find out what was going on. I ended up going to another dealership and trading in my brand new 2019 ram truck factory ordered for a truck i actually wanted with the options i that i was getting on the first truck. this was my 3rd vehicle purchased from varsity as well as they perform all my service work on the 2 dodge truck i own. i will never go back to varsity, i will never get anything serviced there nor will i ever buy another vehicle from them! they have lost all my business because of the cowardly actions of both the salesman and general manager! More

Amazing dealership! I was looking for a vehicle for months as I knew my car was starting to break down. I called so many dealerships and no one really seemed to pay atten I was looking for a vehicle for months as I knew my car was starting to break down. I called so many dealerships and no one really seemed to pay attention to what was important to me or what I wanted. Until I called Varsity....Greg the salesman was so friendly and he wasn’t pushy but just a great guy to talk to and he knew his vehicles. He cared about what was important to me and my kids. After we found a vehicle I liked - I talked to Troy in the finance department who had such great relationships with loan providers that he was able to get me a great rate and made the whole process easy - he was also very friendly and helpful. I even got to meet the general manger of the dealership Justin who was so friendly and took the time to come and shake my hand. A very personable guy who always has a smile on his face. My whole experience at Varsity was above and beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. If they don’t have the exact vehicle on their lot - they will find what your looking for and treat you great! An overall very good experience :) More

Hassle free and they gave me what I wanted. I called to enquire about 3 different options and the happened to have all 3. No pressure while answering all my questions.
