Disappointed with service centre today! I booked an 11 am appointment 3 days in advance online,for an oil change Today. I arrived 15 minutes early for my "appointment" and spoke to Freedom I booked an 11 am appointment 3 days in advance online,for an oil change Today. I arrived 15 minutes early for my "appointment" and spoke to Freedom who was great.. but went down hill from there. I expected my van to be taken in right away. (Since appointment was made) Van wasn't out until 12:45pm. (Which disrupted my schedule). as I expected an hour for an oil change. Then when I got in van to drive away i heard loud exhaust noise on acceleration, which wasn't there when I brought it in. I drove to My husband so he could hear what it sounded like, he checked it.& turns out the technician left the air filter cover just sitting on top. It was not put in place or fastened! This is disappointing service..Waiting an hour and 45minutes. And job was not complete as it should have been! More
