What a Come Back Its too bad I am not able to add Amber Miller to this review, been new she was friendly and attentive and all around good sales person. At first we had a rough patch dealing with this dealership, but after reaching out to Justin the General Sales Manager; what a massive come back. As I have mentioned I always took my Jeep to the Service Department and dealt with AJ ( who is a super star) but as well both Erin and Freeman.. my partner and i decided to purchase a used but like new 2017 Dodge Durango GT, a decision that we never regretted. Thanks to Justin and Amber and AJ and Denis for working with us, and showing you wanted our business. More

Poor Service I would recommend this dealership over Eastside Dodge. That said I booked an appointment on Oct 6th to complete some recall service. I sat there for am hour before the service bays opened. To be first in line of course. The time that they have posted for them to open at 8:30 passed and I started to wonder if someone was late opening the doors. Finally someone came out and told myself and all the others that had been waiting that the service bays are closed for the long weekend. What really pissed me off is that the person who booked the appointment for this did not have the courtesy to call me to cancel or to re-book the appointment. The individual that came out to tell us that the service bays are closed said they neglected to post signs stating that they are not open due to the long weekend. I'm still waiting for that courtesy call to apologize for the inconvenience and to re-book this appointment. Not impressed. More

unhappy with the service Booked my truck in for a no start with key issue on a Saturday. Technician who repairs the electrical issue doesn't work on a Saturday. Told to come back on a Tuesday. Snowed two feet that day so I called to confirm my appointment. Said not to come in. Glad I called or I would have wasted time coming in. No communication to tell me not to bother showing up for my appointment. Irritation supreme. I emailed Aaron through some service rating web site. No reply Was told they can't help me. Went to Courtesy on Glendeer and they gave me a service loaner while they fixed my issue. Will not return to Varsity. More

I hate living in small towns with small minded people! I contacted a client of mine (Alexander Mckay) that is in sales at Varsity and asked him if he could check with the parts department to see whether or I contacted a client of mine (Alexander Mckay) that is in sales at Varsity and asked him if he could check with the parts department to see whether or not anyone still manufactures metal sway bar links for my '03 Dakota! By the end of the same day, I received a call from the parts department advising me they had taken delivery of the links! Rather than having them shipped to me, I decided that I would commute in to Calgary and have the service team at Varsity install the links and bushings in case the parts were wrong! (This has happened many times before in my small town) Appointment at 10 Tuesday.......arrived early to check in.......already had a price quote and approximate time required to complete the job.........and am happy to say that it was completed on time, the price was what I was told, and I even got a list of other items that will need my attention over the next while! Couldn't wait to get back to the logging truck road which I commute on every day to feel the smoothness of the ride......I was NOT disappointed! Would I go back.....definitely! More

I dealt with Justin Migneault (sales manager) and Troy Yuzik (finance manager), and really appreciated their high level of professionalism. It's not everyday you see this level of integrity and character in the sales industry however, these guys are the real deal. This wasn't my first vehicle purchased here and it will not be my last. I would highly recommend dealing with these guys if you are in the market for a new Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep.
