Professional and courteous staff. The Trent Valley staff assisted me when my new car ( 1 hour old) had a engine light develop on the dash board. The Trent Valley team trouble shooted t The Trent Valley staff assisted me when my new car ( 1 hour old) had a engine light develop on the dash board. The Trent Valley team trouble shooted the issue and solved it. Since it was a new car the technician documented and photographed the problem which was a kinked hose in the emission control system. Honda Canada was notified. I appreciate the follow up that allows Honda to minimize future similar issues arising in the future. Thank you very much for assisting me during this stressful time.
