Mostly good. I have to admit I was a bit ticked off about one element of my service. I had booked the appointment for the recall work the previous week and at the I have to admit I was a bit ticked off about one element of my service. I had booked the appointment for the recall work the previous week and at the same time I required windshield wipers, I had the front two replaced that day, but the rear wiper wasn't in stock...it would need ordering and they said they would order it and have it waiting for me for my appointment. When I inquired about the rear wiper, I was told, they'd order some but sold them all, so of course there was none left for me. When a customer specifically asks for an item and is told that item would be available to them for their appointment the following week, I would expect them to keep a wiper blade for me. Is that so hard? It should have been marked with my name and set aside for my appointment. Now apparently I'm waiting to be emailed when they'll get another one. I won't be holding my breath. Other than that, the service was fine and the people nice enough to deal with. More
