Vehicle in for Service I came into the dealership on a Monday afternoon with a noise coming from my back passenger side tire area. I thought it could be one of 3 things: tire issue, brake issue, bearing issue. The service manager happened to walk by and asked me if I needed some help. I explained my issue and she said, Let's go for a test drive so I can hear the problem. We came back, booked an appointment for Thursday. The service department balanced all 4 tires on Thursday. The service manager and I went out in the vehicle for another test drive. Vehicle came back into the shop and the back brakes were checked. They were in need of replacing. New brakes and the vehicle works great, no noise at all. Problem solved More

nail in tire I had low pressure in one tire so I took it in to the Honda dealership and they fixed it. It had a nail in it. the only problem was that I slipped on the very wet floor. But 2 employees helped me to my feet. I guess the recommendation is to keep the floors as dry as possible. More
