nail in tire I had low pressure in one tire so I took it in to the Honda dealership and they fixed it. Happy to being staying with Honda I was convinced I was going to trade in my Honda CRV and switch brands before I visited Trent Valley Honda. I had a horrible experience at a different dealership and was going to trade in my CRV, but after talking to Bob it wasn't the vehicle or Brand, I realized that I still enjoyed the CRV, and have owned a CRV for the last 10yrs and just needed to find a dealership I could trust, and I believe I found that at Trent Valley Honda! I look forward to dealing with them in the future and I love the new CRV!! More

Sexist? My husband and I went to take a first look at some of the 2017 and 18 models. The manager/owner, greeted us and introduced us to a salesman, the receptionist was friendly. They wanted us to come back when the person who had sold us our previous Honda was there. Who sells me the car is irrelevant to me, and I found it curious that the assumption was that we were somehow designated as "Joe's" customer. The next day I went to test drive a new car, but no husband in tow, as this was to be MY car. I wandered the lot, peering in windows, reading what I could to compare models. I then went into the showroom for a closer look, and hopefully some numbers and a test drive. I was greeted by the receptionist who commented that I was there without my husband. I got into one of the showroom models, to assess it. I took literature from the rack. Not once was I approached by a salesperson, or asked by the receptionist if I neended help, or wanted a test drive or ANYTHING. If someone had told me the reps were in a meeting, busy with other customers or any other reason, I would have been quite understanding, as I am a very reasonable and accommodating person. Was I ignored because I was a woman on my own? It sure felt like it. Should I eliminate Honda as an option? I really am considering that. If I can't get proper treatment to BUY a car, what will it be like if I have a problem, need service, or questions? More
