He answered all of my questions, relayed my requests to the tech happily, and was genuinely easy and pleasant to deal with. Also, while you wait for your car you can get some pretty fantastic food. I don't mean only sandwiches either - I had an awesome beef stroganoff! Never would I have thought that I'd eat such a quality meal while waiting for my car at the dealership! Staying Power I've owned Toyotas since 1989. In general with the exception of one incident, I would say I have had no service problems over those years. Initially I've owned Toyotas since 1989. Initially, I felt when the dealership expanded to the larger location, it had lost the personal touch, however, I believe they have worked hard to continue their excellent customer service. Another point to note is, there are several employees still with this dealership that were there when I bought my first Toyota, including my sales rep! I think that says something about the company.
