Trying to figure out what car to buy is not easy. I went to Toyotatown to look at Rav4's. Shawn L helped me. I test drove one on the first visit. This one was not for me. The second time I met with Shawn, we discussed what I was looking for because I had finally narrowed it down. I was looking to get a 2025 Rav4 XLE. Unfortunately, they did not have the vehicle that I wanted. Shawn was very honest and very helpful from the start. I've had some pretty bad experiences at some other dealerships in the area from pushy and downright rude and dishonest sale guys. It was a nice change to come to Toyotatown and not have to deal with that on top of the stress of buying a new (or used) vehicle. I recommend Shawn to anyone who is looking for their next vehicle.
