A WORST experience today leaving your car an hour prior to your appointment time at 9:15 am and yet full service was NOT done until I called up at 4 pm. My car was with them from opening to almost closing. to your appointment time at 9:15 am and yet full service was NOT done until I called up at 4 pm. My car was with them from opening to almost closing. I missed a very important engagement because of the incident. Called up several times seeking for help, explaining the urgency, stayed on hold for more than 25 minutes and was left unaided. Asked the Service Adviser, Sandeep for the poor service and he reasoned that they were busy which is an unacceptable excuse. Please DO NOT accept services which YOU cannot deliver! Never will I recommend Toyota on the Trail again to friends and family. More

Untrustworthy. I went through a deal with this dealership and like others have quoted in their experience, I ALSO had them make a deal with me and they changed it l I went through a deal with this dealership and like others have quoted in their experience, I ALSO had them make a deal with me and they changed it last minute. I also caught them in a couple of lies and deceipt like them sneaking in crazy high rates after being told i would be given a lower rate. Keep a very close eye on your deal before signing as i caught them a couple times trying to add in things we hadnt agreed upon. More

The MOST DISAPPOINTING Customer Experience. CAUTION to those considering transactions with Toyota on The Trail, thoroughly review all terms and conditions before proceeding. My recent expe CAUTION to those considering transactions with Toyota on The Trail, thoroughly review all terms and conditions before proceeding. My recent experience at Toyota on the Trail was extremely disappointing. Initially, we were assured that the lease terms and payments were approved as discussed. However, upon arrival to pick up the car, all agreed-upon conditions were unexpectedly changed. The coverage promised was not provided as agreed. Despite being assured our $1,000 CAD deposit would be refunded under any circumstance, we were denied due to alleged compliance with terms we did not agree to. Moreover, we were threatened by them for refusing to accept their ''new deal'' which was completely different to the initial one (payments and coverage). This experience reflects a concerning LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY in their business practices. More
