Another Great Service Experience Thank you Sun Toyota for yet another great experience in dealing with the service department. We had a remote starter installed in our Rav4 and we we Thank you Sun Toyota for yet another great experience in dealing with the service department. We had a remote starter installed in our Rav4 and we were told it could be all day for the installation. As we had another afternoon appointment we had to be at, we would have had to have the courtesy shuttle take us to and from. Kim McKenzie told us that she would do what she could to speed up the process so we could have our vehicle back in time so we wouldn't need the shuttle. Well we started to walk down White Avenue looking at all the shops for a few hours, my cell rang, it was Kim. She told me our vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. This is just another reason this dealership goes up and beyond to satisfy their customers. Can't say enough about the quality of service we have had at Sun Toyota. More
