Working with Mr. Deepinder Singh He's a really awesome guy! Super funny and very nice. He also explained the warranties for our car (Rav4 2014) very well,, he made sure to answer any of our questions and went through all the details, and if we didn't understand something he'd go even more in depth and made sure everything made sense to us. Along with his humor and very clear explanations, he wad very persuasive, because in the beginning we were were not planning on buying the extended warranty, but after he went through the warranties and persisted with the recommendation that we should get it, i was sold. Every time he had second thoughts of not getting it he was able to provide more reasons as to why we should. I definitely would love to work/ see him again, and will definitely recommend him to my families and friends, so if you can make sure to ask for him :D. And lastly, did i mention he's a great guy? Another Great Service Experience Thank you Sun Toyota for yet another great experience in dealing with the service department. We had a remote starter installed in our Rav4 and we we Thank you Sun Toyota for yet another great experience in dealing with the service department. We had a remote starter installed in our Rav4 and we were told it could be all day for the installation. As we had another afternoon appointment we had to be at, we would have had to have the courtesy shuttle take us to and from. Kim McKenzie told us that she would do what she could to speed up the process so we could have our vehicle back in time so we wouldn't need the shuttle. Well we started to walk down White Avenue looking at all the shops for a few hours, my cell rang, it was Kim. She told me our vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. This is just another reason this dealership goes up and beyond to satisfy their customers. Can't say enough about the quality of service we have had at Sun Toyota. More

Would have been 5 stars except my 45- 60 minute service turned out to be 1.5 hours and made me late for another appointment. Will for sure give them another chance, they deserve it. More
