Treated with at most care I arrived at Toyota on the trail to have some work done on my Yaris. Being new to Edmonton Turns out I accidentally booked at Gateway when I meant to book for the one on the trail, Veronica assured me that this was no problem and she got my car in no problem without me having an appointment. I must say, I work in the hospitality industry and I can tell when good customer service is given and that was a true example ! ... She took so much stress off of my back that day as I needed this work done to pass an out of province inspection (there's a deadline). Everyone that I came into contact with in the dealership that day provided flawless service and it definitely deserves a thumbs up- keep up the fantastic customer service folks I will for sure return. Quick help w/ car stereo I purchase my Pruis from a Wheaton Honda dealership in Edmonton and was having problems connecting my phone to the bluetooth stereo. I was comparing my needs with two different Toyota vehicles and Henry really helped me in making the right decision.
