First service I bought my Tundra TRD from Sherwood Park last fall. I needed to take it in for it's first service, however that dealership, and other dealerships in I bought my Tundra TRD from Sherwood Park last fall. I needed to take it in for it's first service, however that dealership, and other dealerships in the area, wanted me to make an appointment a few days ahead of time. Today I stopped by Toyota on the Trail in Edmonton, and they have an express service. They took my vehicle in right away, changed the oil, and completed a recall notice repair on the truck's computer. Synthetic oil change was $30 cheaper than getting the same thing done on our Chevrolet Traverse... Service was great, people polite. Small town attitude in the city. The service advisor was more than helpful and polite. Very nice lady! I'll be going back there for all of my service, and try them out on my next purchase. I'm glad I found them. More

Highly Positive Experience Was looking for a RAV4 and initially started at a Honda dealer. The guy (Aaron) said he had a few used 2014's in stock. After looking we decided we wa Was looking for a RAV4 and initially started at a Honda dealer. The guy (Aaron) said he had a few used 2014's in stock. After looking we decided we wanted to go new. He said to come back to the Toyota dealer the next day for a private sale. The atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable (free lunch was provided!). Staff didn't put any pressure on us. After shopping around we found that this place had the best price by far. Staff is willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. All told it only took a few days and we were driving! Would recommend to family and friends. More

Treated with at most care I arrived at Toyota on the trail to have some work done on my Yaris. Being new to Edmonton Turns out I accidentally booked at Gateway when I meant to I arrived at Toyota on the trail to have some work done on my Yaris. Being new to Edmonton Turns out I accidentally booked at Gateway when I meant to book for the one on the trail, Veronica assured me that this was no problem and she got my car in no problem without me having an appointment. I must say, I work in the hospitality industry and I can tell when good customer service is given and that was a true example ! ... She took so much stress off of my back that day as I needed this work done to pass an out of province inspection (there's a deadline). Everyone that I came into contact with in the dealership that day provided flawless service and it definitely deserves a thumbs up- keep up the fantastic customer service folks I will for sure return.
