Above and Beyond Since moving to Edmonton about a year ago, my experience with Toyota on the Trail was great, until it wasn't. I had made an afternoon appointment whil Since moving to Edmonton about a year ago, my experience with Toyota on the Trail was great, until it wasn't. I had made an afternoon appointment while my mother was in town visiting, which would allow me to drop off my vehicle and take the shuttle back home while my mother watched my baby. Except when I got to my appointment, there was only a one way shuttle service available, making me unable to have my tires changed because I had to be home to feed my daughter when she woke from her nap, and only having the one vehicle, I would have no way back to dealership to pick up my vehicle after the tire change. There are very few opportunities that I have someone to watch my baby, which made getting the tires changed at this appointment so important, so I was quite upset when the shuttle would not pick me up at home enabling me to get my tires changed. When the Service Manager, Scott, found out that I had left without getting my tires changed because there was no shuttle service, he very quickly changed the bad experience to a great one, truly going above and beyond. Scott and the Assistant Service Manager arranged a few days later to come to my home and pick up my truck to bring to the delearship to have the tires changed and later drop it back off, allowing me to stay home with my baby. The service that was provided was certainly more than I could have ever asked for and I am so appreciative that they went above and beyond in making it up to me. I can't imagine that you could find better customer service anywhere else. Thank you again Toyota on the Trail. More

After deciding to trade it in instead, we were immediately able to meet with Clayton to go over a couple of alternatives. We considered three cars and test drove a 2017 Corolla IM and a Prius C. Those two test drives were sufficient to know we didn't need to try the new CH-R. Clayton took the time to understand our concerns and needs and explained the features of the car that were pertinent to us. It ended up being an easy decision - it made more sense to trade-in for a Prius C rather than repair our RAV4. Both Clayton and Ryan made financing a breeze. Wheaton Toyota on the Trail made trading in a car an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend them - their service makes the difference. More
