Overall the work done on my truck was good but here’s how my experience went. The receptionist was on her phone and didn’t look up or acknowledge me when I arrived to drop off my keys so after a minute I jus my experience went. The receptionist was on her phone and didn’t look up or acknowledge me when I arrived to drop off my keys so after a minute I just left and put my keys in the lock box. My truck is on warranty and when they called and said I need a cabin air filter but didn’t say that would be an extra charge. So when I picked it up I had to pay $60 for a cabin air filter which felt slimy. More
