I normally don't write reviews, but I feel the need to warn others. Buying a used car? There really is no point going to Toyota on the trail. SCAMMERS!!! Where to begin? Let's start with them offering warn others. Buying a used car? There really is no point going to Toyota on the trail. SCAMMERS!!! Where to begin? Let's start with them offering me extended warranty. The price started at $209 bi-weekly. They have a few options for warranty, it costs more for each option. This is billed bi weekly as well. They tried really hard to sell me anything, I declined the warranty, and they kept pushing. Finally after about 45 minutes they gave up. All of a sudden my payments went down to $171 bi-weekly without any warranty. So how did it start at $209? where did they get the extra $38 from? Right off the hop they tried to SCAM me out of $76/month. Good thing I turned down the warranty. When I bought the car, I was told even though it is a used car, it would be like buying a new car. When I picked it up it wasn't detailed nicely, like a new car. I had to wait an hour for them to detail it better. Then there is the service department, my next service was at 124844km (accordingly to their sticker on my windshield) after 2 months (119219km) the change oil light came on, so I took it to get the oil changed. They told and showed me that my transmission fluid was black and the air filter was dirty, full of bugs, and looked like it had gotten wet. When you are told you are purchasing a like new vehicle, don't you think the fluids should be full and like new as well? After I found this out I call them and they told me to bring it in because they didn't believe that the fluid was black. I took my vehicle in and waited 3 hours only for them to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the fluid, and they REFUSED to show or bring me proof. Service with a smile? Not this place, from the moment I drove my vehicle in I got treated like garbage. There wasn't even a "good morning". There wasn't a polite person in the bunch. Refusing to show proof is a sign they have something to hide. They also refused to reimburse me for the oil change that they did not do before selling the vehicle. So either they lied about doing the service before they sold the vehicle, or they noticed the black transmission fluid and wanted to gouge me for more money on my next service. These guys only care about your $$$. I will never go there to get my vehicle serviced, very untrustworthy people. Don't even get me started on the sales team..... Had I known this before I would have just bought a vehicle off market place or anywhere else. There is no point going through a dealership. If this doesn't scare you out of buy a used vehicle from them, then I suggest you take the vehicle you purchased straight to a trusted mechanic as soon as possible to make sure everything is proper, but why waste money on that? Just go somewhere else. More
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had an extremely disappointing experience. I declined additional coverage multiple times with the salesperson and again with the finance manager. had an extremely disappointing experience. I declined additional coverage multiple times with the salesperson and again with the finance manager. Despite this, I later discovered charges on my bill for windshield coating, rustproof undercoating, and 3-year rim coverage totaling more than $3,000. I do not have a signed extended warranty agreement or paperwork. I was also misled about the total price of the vehicle. The salesperson told me that a portion of my previous car loan was included in the vehicle price, increasing the cost from the listed price of $35,987 to $39,354. He claimed this was due to the way they calculated the trade-in allowance, the lien on my previous loan, and the GST rebate. However, it has since become clear that this additional amount was for the extra protection packages that I had repeatedly declined. The salesperson was rude and condescending whenever I asked questions about the pricing or my trade-in offer. He frequently interrupted me, became defensive, rolled his eyes, and stated that he would only speak with his manager to get approval on an offer if I committed to purchasing the vehicle 100%. He was incredibly pushy. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I am left feeling swindled by both the salesperson and the finance department. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend choosing a different Toyota dealership that operates with greater transparency, honesty, and professionalism. More
the worst dealership I've seen in Canada. the pressure from the sellers of additional services is huge. until they force you to buy something (additional warranty, bodywork, theft protection) the pressure from the sellers of additional services is huge. until they force you to buy something (additional warranty, bodywork, theft protection) - they won't give you the car. avoid these "so-called" sellers More
I recently had a disappointing experience with Toyota on the Trail on September 2025, where I was presented with an internal document used to pressure service customers into authorizing work prematurely. Wh the Trail on September 2025, where I was presented with an internal document used to pressure service customers into authorizing work prematurely. When I questioned the necessity of certain repairs, I was told they were required “due to mileage.” However, the service advisor failed to check my vehicle’s service history, which revealed that the same maintenance had been conducted recently. To cover this oversight, I was later informed that “water contamination was found by the technician.” This claim raises further concerns, as just three weeks prior, a different Toyota Dealership conducted a Service 2 inspection on my vehicle and did not identify any of the issues listed by Toyota on the Trail. This inconsistency calls into question the integrity and practices of this dealership. Additionally, there were several other discrepancies during my interaction with Toyota on the Trail, and the service manager showed no interest in addressing my concerns. Such behavior tarnishes the respected reputation of the Toyota brand. More
We test drove Rav 4 and Camry hybrids. Sam Choi was open, friendly, professional professional, informative and very generous with his time in allowing us extensive test drives . But in the Sam Choi was open, friendly, professional professional, informative and very generous with his time in allowing us extensive test drives . But in the end we went with a completely different vehicle. The vehicle turned us away from Toyota, we would have been very happy to work with Sam. So thanks Sam, sorry it did not work out. More

Contacted the dealership 24 hours before we drove 2. 5 hours to check out a Honda Passport on your lot. Reg Van Tessel claimed he sent two emails with info, we never received either. We got there and h 5 hours to check out a Honda Passport on your lot. Reg Van Tessel claimed he sent two emails with info, we never received either. We got there and he acted not really interested in us. Showed us the vehicle which had motor parts sitting on the passenger seat. The interior and exterior were beyond disgusting. We said no thanks and he walked off. We drove in with an immaculate Acura RDX that we were willing to do a trade on for a vehicle with roof racks to haul a kayak. We’ve been buying Hondas, Acuras and Toyotas for 30 years and I’ve never met a salesman as aloof and uncaring as Reg (he may act differently with different people but we deserved a little more respect than we got). Drove across the street to Wheaton Honda and were treated by an amazing salesguy named Joe. Needless to say he loved our Acura and we went home with a Honda passport. More

Mohammed my sales person was great at communicating in a timely manner and very professional. A carfax and thorough in house mechanical inspection was provided to me along with in depth photos.
