He was unprofessional and misleading. He gave inaccurate information to the clients, and he was a liar. As a customer, we need to know every detail about the unit and all the written agreements. After we complied with all the requirements and made the downpayment and the trouble happened, he's going to say to you directly, "I cannot help you." He has the worst customer service. Please, if you want to get a unit, avoid Toronto Honda, especially MIN WANG. More

First and foremost, the engine had issues from day one. It seems like they did the bare minimum to get the car running before selling it to me. Despite knowing I bought it "as is," I still expected a level of honesty about the condition. I ended up spending a fortune trying to fix the problems that should have been disclosed to me upfront. It's like they intentionally sold me a lemon just to make a quick buck. After a few weeks from my purchase, Toronto Honda's customer service contacted me to inquire about my experience. I disclosed all the car issues, and though they couldn't promise a resolution, they said they would report it to management. Regrettably, there has been no follow-up or interaction since, highlighting a disappointing lack of responsiveness and customer commitment. I expected more from a reputable dealership like Toronto Honda, even when someone purchase a car “as is.” The overall condition of the car was appalling. It's evident that they did a shoddy job with their pre-sale inspections if they even bothered with one. It's disappointing that I had to invest so much money just to bring the car up to a basic standard. While I understand the risks associated with buying a car "as is," I did not expect to be taken advantage of by a dealership that claims to be reputable. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from Toronto Honda to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and I wouldn't wish this upon anyone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for a reliable and honest car-buying experience. Toronto Honda has lost a customer for life. More
I initially brought my vehicle to Toronto Honda for service, due to some issues I was experiencing. Despite having recently replaced the spark plugs and coil on September 20, 2023.the service adviser recommended replacing them again, I reluctantly agreed, hoping it would resolve the issue. However, the same problems recurred just a few days later on October 5, 2023, rendering my car undriveable. I brought the car back, and this time, the team suggested replacing the fuel injectors and adjusting the valves. Again, I agreed to these repairs in hopes of a resolution. Unfortunately, even after spending a total of $2,590.46, my car continues to experience the same issues, making it unsafe and unreliable for use. This situation has not only caused me significant stress but also poses a safety risk.I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service received and the failure to diagnose and fix the ongoing issues with my vehicle. I approached to discuss my concerns regarding the ongoing issues with my vehicle. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was asked about my origin, and when I provided that information, I felt ignored. I understand that communication during such situations can be challenging, but I believe that customer concerns should be given due attention and addressed appropriately. I am reaching out to express my disappointment with the handling of my request. i strongly advice new peoples to Canada like me, don't go. More
Best experience we ever had with one of their sales representatives named "MOHIT". He helped us to choose the best car available and he guided us in all ways possible. We purchased a used 2015 Honda Fit from this dealership. Roger de Leon was the salesperson we dealt with and he was very nice. However, the issues we identified after purchasing the car and had serviced, within the 30 day warranty period were not fixed. Major probable with the air conditioning were identified and given a quick fix that immediately broke and required an $1100 fix, the dash mechanicals were just superglued in instead of being properly fixed and they dismissed other identified issues that another respectable mechanic has since had to fix for us. This is all because we didn't purchase their exorbitant extra services. The service we got other than from Roger was hurried and dismissive. I wouldn't recommend this dealer or shop to anyone. More

I went for my civic service on Nov 12 at 9. 30 am, Rodney at service desk ensured by 1.30 pm my car will be done, i travelled 70 kms one way for service just to expect time effective Good custom 30 am, Rodney at service desk ensured by 1.30 pm my car will be done, i travelled 70 kms one way for service just to expect time effective Good customer service, when i asked at 1.30 I saw my car still at the spot untouched, that is perfectly ridiculous, they must have to inform customers what are they doing? Customers time also matters like theirs? Without Alignment check and providing a report, told everything is fine and good to go, i went to car and then back and asked for alignment report (in fact it was not performed) a mechanic guy took my car second time for it, in short lied to customer and did not confess about it. Got my car st 3.30 pm, as they rushed for the service took only 1.5 hrs and 30 min waiting after car was taken for 2nd time. If they can’t accommodate due to short staff don’t book appointments. Thanks for ruining and messing up my scheduled whole day (including missed Dr appt)! Hard to believe this pathetic service and lack of communication at Toronto Honda😤 Be aware customers as their staff lie to you just to make you go early Wasted $312 for unsatisfactory service Dear Brian, please look in to this matter! Not going to them again! More
