I have known Jenny since 1997 when I leased my first vehicle. She is a beautiful person (she came to my house after my husband passed away in 2022). This lease process was fine but the delivery experience was terrible Bantu (I can't remember his name) did the best he could - the delivery people are overworked and thus the process is not good. I was at the dealership for 2 hours - I felt like I was in an emergency ward. This needs to change or you will loose customers. Personally I will not be referring people to this dealership - even though we have 3 owners from our family work with this dealership in the past. I would have loved some sort of compensation for my time - example - in the past "loyalty" was as high as $2000.00 now it is down to $700.00 - ugh. A bump in loyalty would have been nice. Anyways, with all of their cutbacks, they will run into more problems with people not returning. I know they can do better. Hassan saved the day with the time he spent with me going over the video - you need more employees like him and Jenny. More

When I called, multiple times, no one was available and my voicemails were not returned. I was finally told on the phone that they would resolve my issue. When I showed up for my appointment, the person I needed to see was not there. I went back later that day and was told too much time had passed since my purchase and I would have to pay for any repairs. They do not stand by their cars and do not care about their customers time. I went to service my Honda CR-V and made an appointment the day before. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and I arrived 15 minutes early with my two daughters. One of the customer service repres the day before. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and I arrived 15 minutes early with my two daughters. One of the customer service representatives took my car keys and gave me a free TTC Presto card. He told me to come back after two hours. I returned at 1:30 p.m., but my car was still not ready. In the end, I didn’t leave the dealership until 3:45 p.m. My daughters were very tired, and it was especially stressful because the next day was the first day of school. I expressed my frustration to several staff members, including the manager, but no one seemed to care. It was the worst service I’ve ever experienced, and I will never return to this location again. To make matters worse, a week earlier, I received a “Happy Birthday” gift of a free car wash from them. When I showed it to the staff, they told me it was sent by mistake. This entire experience was very disappointing More
UNORGANIZED & INCONSISTENT DOCUMENTS We made 2 visits to Toronto Honda to purchase a used Civic, both with appointments. Visit 1: The sales rep kept us waiting for 30 minutes, he ran around the deale to Toronto Honda to purchase a used Civic, both with appointments. Visit 1: The sales rep kept us waiting for 30 minutes, he ran around the dealership and kept leaving us to talk to others, saying he'd be "just a minute" (but was longer, he was not organized and not prepared, he texted and answered personal calls. The 3 cars we wanted to see were not ready at the location, so after we saw one, we had to drive to a separate location to see the second one, and the third one was not road worthy ready. We bought one anyway. Since one car window needed tint repair, he talked us into paying for all 4 windows as said it had to be uniform, but neglected to tell us we could just have the tinting removed. He was running all over the dealership like a chicken looking for keys/plates/talking to other people ... always apologizing, but never paying due attention or sitting still to speak with us cohesively. Thankfully, I was able to cancel a work appointment as this went on way longer than expected (around 3.5h). Between Visit 1 & Visit 2: We received emails galore from several different people with different sales documents, and not all of the sales documents looked the same. Also, these people had different sales prices and delivery dates that they were telling us. It seems that different car delivery dates were recorded by different people, even though we had confirmed the date and time before leaving Visit 1. One person made an appointment for delivery, and sent several communications, but we never ended up meeting that person as expected. They were not prompt nor clear in their responses. Visit 2: We went for the delivery appointment (which kept getting pushed later and later in the day, but we went at the last agreed upon time which was 4:30pm - we had been waiting around as initially had an 11:00am appointment, so it ended up being a whole day wasted as we finally left with the car around 7:15pm). The person we were supposed to meet was not available. We were kept waiting 50 minutes, we met with two other people, and finally one person who processed the final paperwork. However, this took significant time, and she also kept leaving to do and check different things. Their DocuSign process did not work well at all. They don't tell you ahead of time about DocuSign, and then they want you to initial and sign in multiple places on a long document by reading it on your cell phone. It is impossible to read it on a cell phone in under 2 hours. They refused to print out a copy, saying this was not possible. The warranty we purchased was different on the final sales document, prices on lines were different (but with a similar total price), and when we asked THREE times to be sure, we were advised that Finance had upgraded our warranty for us, and, that this was CONFIRMED. Ok, so we were happy about this after all the runaround and multiple miscommunications. After Delivery: Now we are getting messages from different parties to sign off on a different warranty. The sales rep had the nerve to say I forgot to sign off on a document. I signed everything they presented to me. The car is fine. The service was poor, chaotic and unorganized. We waited too long at both appointments. There was no central person to make arrangements and communicate with us, so everyone contacted us with different arrangements. No one ever answered their phones when we called - it was always a game of phone tag. I would not go to this dealership again. When I bought my previous Civic at Sisley Honda (now Honda of Thornhill), I had a trade in, so there were even more transactions, but they were organized, they did not mix up prices and dates, they gave us attention promptly at our appointments, and there were no delays. There was no tiny legal documents to sign via cell phone. That was a much better. Good luck locating the ringmaster of Toronto Honda - no one seems to be in charge of the circus. More

Days later, I lost my job and tried calling Sales Manager TJ Grewal over 10 times with no response. At delivery, we waited 2–3 hours and found peeling paint and scratches that were never disclosed. Some was fixed, but not all. The brakes were unsafe — pumping while stopping on the highway. Now the brakes are done, and I’m still having engine issues. Staff like Andrew Andreis and Maria were rude and dismissive. I live in Hamilton and had to travel multiple times with no support or compensation. Absolutely disappointing experience. More
