Thanks to sir Roger De Leon and to Honda. Services are great and very accommodating. We had no difficulty in making a deal to have our first family car. Services are great and very accommodating. We had no difficulty in making a deal to have our first family car. More

Worst experience in 45 years of buying or leasing. Unscrupulous business tact’s from sales manager and 2 different finance managers. After reviewing the agreement 2 option packages wee inserted. Aft Unscrupulous business tact’s from sales manager and 2 different finance managers. After reviewing the agreement 2 option packages wee inserted. After much discussion I was told I had to take them because they gave me such a high trade value the shortfall they claimed had to be made up. Such a ridiculous statement. It was finally agreed to remove both. My mistake was not reviewing the final agreement and in it was one option package ready inserted. The fiancé manager, Tammy Sodhi said it was too late. My account executive was in shock as he was part of the agreed discussion. I have advised Honda Canada and awaiting their response. I advises all this in my circle of influence To stay clear of Toronto Honda and deal elsewhere such as Oshawa Whitby Honda or Midtown Honda. More
I have been with Toronto Honda for 14 yrs no problems until now. Let me say that I know very well how dealerships work. I made sure I was clear on the deal. They told me 2 to 3 weeks to get cars.We lease until now. Let me say that I know very well how dealerships work. I made sure I was clear on the deal. They told me 2 to 3 weeks to get cars.We lease two cars every time. I was going to buy out cars but they gave me a deal to lease again. The cars I lease always have low klm so they want them bad. I went in we made a deal and part of the deal was that they would give us 700.00 ea to help with insurance increase. Let me say that in the process of waiting for the cars and at every contact I mentioned the 700 dollar checks the answer was yes no problem. Two days before we picked up cars I made sure that we were still on the same page with the arranged deal, I was assured by sales person that we were.We arrived to pickup cars sales manager came to me and said sorry but we have to restructure contract because things change but reassured me ghe deal would remain the same. We did all paper work and I asked sales person weres the checks , hr said no woories we will mail them.I said ok and left. 2 days I received an envelope from Toronto honda looked inside there was only ond check. I messaged dealership to ask why other check was not there. Was told that the the Gm manager Adrew Andreis said that he never agreed to two checks just one. Fuming I went to dealer ship and had a meeting with Andrew Andreis GM totally lied to my face and said he would have never agreed to that deal. I said call the sales guy in and ask him, he said no need too. I was shocked that he scammed me like this. I trusted because every other time was smooth. So now I will make it mh bussiness to make sure this doesn't happen to others. Make sure you get everything in your deal in writing and signed by General manager if they don't walk out. My sales guy was an honest guy and wrote me a text that yes the deal was for two checks and was in writing. I recently purchased a vehicle from Toronto Honda, and while the initial sales experience was smooth, the issues I encountered afterward have left me extremely upset. The biggest concerns revolved arou while the initial sales experience was smooth, the issues I encountered afterward have left me extremely upset. The biggest concerns revolved around a lack of transparency during the financing process, unexpected charges for a theft protection package I had explicitly declined, and a significant mileage discrepancy on the vehicle after purchase. Furthermore, the condition of the car—scratched key fobs and a deep scratch on the rim—did not meet the quality I expected from such a significant investment. I’m writing this review to ensure future customers are aware of the need to carefully inspect their paperwork and vehicle, even in high-pressure or less-than-ideal conditions (e.g., dimly lit areas). That to really consider who deserves your investment. While the staff was polite and responsive, I feel that more care should be taken to ensure transparency and to deliver vehicles in the condition promised. I'm left hoping management has appetite and willingness to address the situation. I hope Toronto Honda takes this feedback seriously to improve their processes and ensure better experiences for future customers. More

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TORONTO HONDA AS YOUR DEALERSHIP. This was the second car that my family had purchased from Toronto Honda. We were satisfied with the first one, but the second one *due to new management we had an incredibly unprofessional experience*. Staff were RUDE and unprofessional, and had us wait over 2 hours for car pick up when we had an appointment. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER. The car itself has been nothing but a lemon for us - windshield wipers broke within a month of purchase, air conditioning not working, battery dies... just a few to mention. More
