Best car purchasing experience ever! I called the dealership to inquire about a vehicle they had in inventory (RAV4 TRAIl). Loren Henson answered the sales queue and I explained to him wh I called the dealership to inquire about a vehicle they had in inventory (RAV4 TRAIl). Loren Henson answered the sales queue and I explained to him what I was interested in and mentioned that I had a vehicle that could trade a fair price was offered. I warned Loren that I was familiar with the vehicule and was looking for a reasonable price and trade in value. We set up an appointment for the following day. Loren was prepared with an offer, we briefly discussed it and had a second test drive. We didnt made a deal right there because the cash price did not met my budget objectives. After that we had a couple of email exchanges and voila. Picking up the car was very similar, I also warned that I didn’t want any extras at that time. Again, Loren communicated that to his colleagues and I literally spent a few minutes to sing the paperwork and take delivery of the car. So very straight forward and transparent process. Only delearship I’ve dealt with that listened and offered exactly what I wanted without trying overselling. Very refreshing, THANK YOU! More
My experience was very pleasurable. There was no pressure. Initially, I was dreading the whole car buying experience, but I felt absolutely no pressure with Loren. He answered all my questions. He allowed us to inspect the vehicle in detail. He was very accommodating. It made the whole experience fun and exciting, as opposed to being stressful. When I picked up the truck, he spent time going over all the paperwork, and again, took the time to answer my questions. He was professional, friendly, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and will deal with him again in the future. More

Very poor customer service This dealership refuses to respond to customer concerns not sure if it’s because I purchased a used vehicle and this is not on their priority list? Pleasant Experience I recently purchased a Camry Hybrid XLE 2018 with a trade in. Loren Henson was the sales representative, who conducted the test drive with me and w I recently purchased a Camry Hybrid XLE 2018 with a trade in. Loren Henson was the sales representative, who conducted the test drive with me and worked out the pricing. All was done in a very professional and pleasant manner. Loren was very knowledgeable about the car and followed up on my e mails and voice messages. The deal was concluded after 3 visits and less than 30 minutes of financial discussion. Harry Sahota, Financial Service Manager went through the paperwork and explained the additional warranties and accessories. He was very articulate and there was no pressure on purchasing any extras. Lastly Roxanna Hunter-Barnett Vehicle Delivery Specialist reviewed once again the paper work with my wife and me, transferred the plates and spent time with me providing further demos of the technology available on the car. She as well was outstanding, extremely competent and in no hurry although it was early evening. I have since driven over 400kms in EVO mode and still had 3/4 of a tank of gas left. Obviously very pleased with the decision of trade in and acquiring my first hybrid vehicle. I look forward to similar great service from the service dept. Keep up this high standard. All the best!
