I'm not a good shopper and dread car shopping especially but this time we were after a new Prius and with the excellent service and great car itself the experience was enjoyable. Very poor customer service This dealership refuses to respond to customer concerns not sure if it’s because I purchased a used vehicle and this is not on their priority list? James was off at scheduled delivery date that he mentioned us and Terrin Maahs helped us for the closing. Both of them are very helpful. Pleasant Experience I recently purchased a Camry Hybrid XLE 2018 with a trade in. Loren Henson was the sales representative, who conducted the test drive with me and w I recently purchased a Camry Hybrid XLE 2018 with a trade in. Loren Henson was the sales representative, who conducted the test drive with me and worked out the pricing. All was done in a very professional and pleasant manner. Loren was very knowledgeable about the car and followed up on my e mails and voice messages. The deal was concluded after 3 visits and less than 30 minutes of financial discussion. Harry Sahota, Financial Service Manager went through the paperwork and explained the additional warranties and accessories. He was very articulate and there was no pressure on purchasing any extras. Lastly Roxanna Hunter-Barnett Vehicle Delivery Specialist reviewed once again the paper work with my wife and me, transferred the plates and spent time with me providing further demos of the technology available on the car. She as well was outstanding, extremely competent and in no hurry although it was early evening. I have since driven over 400kms in EVO mode and still had 3/4 of a tank of gas left. Obviously very pleased with the decision of trade in and acquiring my first hybrid vehicle. I look forward to similar great service from the service dept. Keep up this high standard. All the best! Not very satisfied with repair service I had my Sienna passenger side sliding door serviced to replace the entire cable/sensor/motor assembly. When I picked it up it was later in the day so I had my Sienna passenger side sliding door serviced to replace the entire cable/sensor/motor assembly. When I picked it up it was later in the day so I didn't spent time to thoroughly test the fix before checking it out. As soon as I got home, I found the fixed door produced more noise at opening. I had to visit the dealership again. The service persons were helpful, they cleaned up the lock on the door and the noise went away. I am thankful to their help but feel that this type of checking/cleaning could have been done prior to release the vehicle after the fix. In around a week, the same door failed to latch completely when it is in open position. I had to visit the shop again. The service manager I first talked to told me that I can drop off the car for a check since it was under the service warranty. But when I came in the next day, surprise to me, I was told this was not related to the door service that cost me $1000+ Plus tax. I had to pay a separate diagnose fee again. I feel over-charged and have doubt about the service/technical quality. Since the overall service was to make the door work properly, if a thorough checking and testing had been done during and after the process, all these issues would be discovered and fixed in one shot. But it didn't in this case. More
