Disappointed I’ve bought multiple vehicles off this dealership in the past few years but the most recent purchase was by far the worst and the reason I’ll be choos I’ve bought multiple vehicles off this dealership in the past few years but the most recent purchase was by far the worst and the reason I’ll be choosing someone else. Bought a used car which was decent for the price but as soon as we got home noticed the taillight for brakes was no good so next day it went back for service. I don’t understand how it passes safety with burnt out brake lights. They replaced the taillights with no issue. My pregnant wife dropped the car off in the morning and she had hoped maybe they could give her a lift to her work 5kms down the road but it was not offered so she walked 30mins to her work. I was working out of town or I would have dropped her off. Then to top off the experience she called to say she would be their at 5 to pick up the car when she showed up nobody was their to help her in the service department and all the salesman were busy talking each other and she didn’t want to interrupt so she waited 15 mins with nobody to help till Lino noticed her and took care of everything. Good thing. I was just really disappointed being as I recommend this dealership to everyone I know and proudly support my local mopar but this was our last visit for purchases and service. More
