Even though I told them I stay an hour away, they refused to divulge the rate and insisted on visiting the showroom assuring that I won't be disappointed. I travelled with my aged mother for an hour just to find out they were asking for a whopping CAD16000 above MSRP. Their worksheet showed 11000 in accessories & another 4000 in miscellaneous "fees". I was really excited before coming to the showroom as I had read good reviews about this dealership but NEVER EXPECTED they take such advantage of customers. After an hour spent in negotiation they came down to CAD14000 above MSRP. At that point, we had to give up because it was simply unreasonable. I do understand the industry-wide shortage leading to higher prices, but this markup is simply outrageous. More

I accepted an offer to test drive a new vehicle while my Hyundai was in for a service in an attempt to hopefully win my business for a new vehicle. Where this dealership fails dismally, is in their presentation of an offer to purchase. They simply present a monthly amount for a new car after settlement and trade-in value. I had to specifically ask what these values were including the actual purchase price, term and interest rate. After declining their poor price, settlement and trade-in value on my existing Vehicle ($8000 below trade), The sales person ( I decided not to name them) swiftly grabbed the paperwork away from me. They don't want you holding onto their offer if you walk out without buying. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this dealership and is obviously reflective upon managements sentiment. The next Hyundai I buy will NOT be at this dealership. More
