I went into Thornhill Hyundai for a general service and oil change. My car is 2010 Genesis Coupe. I have used Scott Provost as my service advisor for the last 3 years and he's been nothing but fantastic. H oil change. My car is 2010 Genesis Coupe. I have used Scott Provost as my service advisor for the last 3 years and he's been nothing but fantastic. He always greets with a smile, and his knowledge of the vehicles and potential issues with the vehicles are second to none. There isn't a person in the GTA that knows Hyundai's as well as he does when it comes to service issues. I was quick in, quick out, with zero issues and friendly service. Need someone to look after your Hyundai? Take it to Thornhill Hyundai, and ask for Scott. More

We went to see the options for new car and weve dicieded to buy 2013 Sonata, Vehicle is amazing, good deal and the sales lady Jeannie Kim was amazing, kind and aggressive same time. In attempting to get the paperwork together for the sale of my vehicle, I was told directly by the finance manager that he was unable to figure out the paperwork and he would call me back within the hour. A of my vehicle, I was told directly by the finance manager that he was unable to figure out the paperwork and he would call me back within the hour. After waiting almost two days I called back myself and was still unable to get a proper answer regarding whether he was able to sort out the paperwork for my vehicle. My entire deanship experience felt as if it was a rush to get me in and out of the door as fast as possible and that my business was irrelevant because they are "a very busy dealership". Seeing as it was a used vehicle purchase I had the vehicle examined by a third party mechanic and when I returned with the results of the inspection I was argued with saying that these things could not possibly be wrong with the vehicle. I would recommend anywhere that is not Thornhill Hyundai. More

I personally was serviced by a sales women named Luisa Goldring. She provided the best in vehicle knowledge that i could have possibly asked for. she was not only very pleasant to deal with, but had gone out of her way to provide us with a really good deal. That being in direct comparison with other Hyundai dealerships, and there were at least 3 others. We just want to thank Luisa and the Thornhill Hyundai staff for the great experience in buying our new car. More
For my very first oil change, service told me my car CAME FROM THE FACTORY WITH SYNTHETIC OIL, and that i should stick with synthetic oil since the vehicle started with it. This doubled the cost of the oi FROM THE FACTORY WITH SYNTHETIC OIL, and that i should stick with synthetic oil since the vehicle started with it. This doubled the cost of the oil change. When I got home I called Hyundai Canada. Hyundai Canada told me that absolutely NO CARS COME FROM THE FACTORY WITH SYNTHETIC OIL. I can only assume that Thornhill Hyundai service directly lied to me, as knowledge of an oil change is absolutely the most basic maintenance item on a car. Additionally, immediately after the oil change, my oil was black. They apparently lied about the synthetic oil, so did they really properly change my oil? Did they leave the old oil filter on? Did they not drain all the oil, or is this simply the way the oil looks in this vehicle after an oil change. Who knows - seeing as their service department lost all its credibility when they apparently lied about the synthetic oil. So, if your Hyundai needs servicing consider carefully before going to Thornhill Hyundai. If they lied, or got wrong, about something as basic as an oil change, can you really trust them do do any more complicated service on your car? Oh- did the dealer provide reasonable satisfaction for all the time I spent following up on their fraud or mistake? NO Not by a long shot, so I would imagine if they do YOU wrong - don't expect much More
Hyundai Thornhill not giving the delivery date and not giving money back. A sales Lady called Luiza got deposit from my wife to deliver the car for few days it's 3 weeks but no delivery and no proper a giving money back. A sales Lady called Luiza got deposit from my wife to deliver the car for few days it's 3 weeks but no delivery and no proper answer since yesterday I called them to Cancel the deal. she told me the car will arrive next week after she found that I am serious to cancel the deal, she suddenly told me the car just arrived. I have never seen such a dishonest person because I called her every second day to see if they have the Car ready but never heard any date and time for delivery. even she told me they never gave to customer anything in writing about delivery date and it's the first time she is hearing such a document thing. I suggest people stay away from this location. I suggest the dealership to respect the word they say to the people. More
