Fast, friendly, competent, and cheaper than expected My 2010 Elantra arrived there on the back of a tow truck at noon, the electrical system completely dead. Derek Giffin told me he could tell me within My 2010 Elantra arrived there on the back of a tow truck at noon, the electrical system completely dead. Derek Giffin told me he could tell me within two hours what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. He also told me a good place to go for lunch. Within half an hour he told me I needed a new battery and after he installed one he could check everything else. I told him to go ahead. Before two o'clock I was on my way home with my new battery, a clean bill of health for the rest of the electrical system, and they had even washed the layers of salt off the car without freezing up the doors (it was -14 C). All at a reasonable cost; less than I had expected. Derek was helpful, competent, cheerful and friendly. More
