Terrible service, gross incompetence, awful customer service I had service at this dealership for 2 years without an issue but will not be returning ever again because of gross incompetence by the service techs. I had service at this dealership for 2 years without an issue but will not be returning ever again because of gross incompetence by the service techs. On 3 consecutive occasions they failed to pull my tires from storage so they could be installed on time. The first two times this happened, no one notified my until I came back to the dealership to pick up my car and did nothing to help until I complained. Each time this happened I was told the week before that my tires were ready to be installed yet mistakes consistently delayed my service and forced me come back multiple times for a simple tire change. I've lodged complaints with the general manager, service manager, and Hyundai Canada -- none have commented or tried to retain my business. They do not seem to care about customer service or retention. In sum: Service was appalling, staff were frequently unhelpful and inconsiderate and did not respect my time. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I gave them three chances and they screwed them all up. I am no longer a customer here and will not be returning. More

Luiza offered me good alternatives, the hard part was choosing which is better. She also helped me to make a decision, considering budget, maintain and style. Excellent service so far My parents own a Hyundai Elantra and I own a Veloster Turbo, both cars have been great so far with minimum issues. Only problem has been alignment issues for my Veloster thanks to Toronto roads. I was greeted by Derek who is an absolute pleasure to be serviced by and had the car fixed with in a day. Now I have to take in the Elantra that seems to have a window making noises every little bump, but I know she will be in good hands at Thornhill Hyundai! More

I was clear from the start that I would not be making the purchasin I came in to look at possibly purchasing a SantaFe or Tucson vehicle for my wife. I was clear from the start that I would not be making the purchasing decision during that visit. The sales executive Luiza Fon Goldring was more than helpful in understanding why we wanted a new car and how we were going to use it. She spent the time going over all the features of both cars, took me out for test drives in both vehicles and explained the current sales promotion and possible other savings. She was helpful, honest, knowledgeable and very friendly. If i have anyone telling me that they are looking for a new Hyundai, I would not have a problem recommending Thornhill Hyundai and Luiza.
