Within half an hour he told me I needed a new battery and after he installed one he could check everything else. I told him to go ahead. Before two o'clock I was on my way home with my new battery, a clean bill of health for the rest of the electrical system, and they had even washed the layers of salt off the car without freezing up the doors (it was -14 C). All at a reasonable cost; less than I had expected. Derek was helpful, competent, cheerful and friendly. More
