Purchase of new vehicle I visited your dealership based on a letter I received in the mail offering competitive pricing and financing rests. I ended up buying a new car. I sat with Warren Tom who made an excellent presentation. Originally I was looking at the Tuscon. Warren explained to me why it would be beneficial to stay with the Santa Fe Model ( my old car) for practical reasons and financial reasons. Having signed the deal the next step was locating the car. This is where both Warren and Stan earned their stripes. They worked hard to find the car, and it wasn't easy (and for that matter dealing with my impatience didn't help). But both displayed the quality of a true professional explaining patiently the reason for the delay in finding the model I bought. Bottom Line.... you have dedicated employees who do what is necessary to satisfy the customers needs. PS There may have been other people behind the scenes but Warren and Stan are the 2 I dealt with. Tai gave me really genuine input in each car my father and I tested and was always very proactive with making sure all my requirements in a car, wants and questions were answered & met. I will definitely continue doing business with them in the future as well because of the exceptional customer service experience they both provided me no matter how I was acting. They held no judgement on my financial conditions and were very helpful when I ended up switching the car I was originally going to be financing. They provided me with the same respect and kindness no matter which car I was getting which is what I really did appreciate about them. If you're looking for a brand new Hyundai, these are the guys to go to! They're very hand working and don't stop until their customers are happy.
